Pros (+) Location, location, location and general friendliness of the staff. We stayed there on a special and paid about what it is worth, a third of the normal price

Cons (-) A boutique hotel at this location is a great idea, but the decorating---plaids everywhere in a small space--is enough in itself to drive you mad. And it really doesn't cover up this was once a Day's Inn. You pay a lot of money for hotels in Chicago and this is a one of a kind location. That's about all it has going for it.
