Cons (-) The pool was run down and needed to be refurbished both in the pool and the surrounding deck area. Needed plants that looked healthy. Hole in the towel bin w a box under it. Paint was coming off from the oool surface and very bla. TVs were way too small, rooms were large in size but beds should be queen size not full.
