Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and generally enjoyed the breakfast selection. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty bathrooms, stained linens, and unpleasant odors. Service was frequently criticized, with reports of rude or unresponsive staff and problems at the front desk. The pool was also a source of disappointment for several guests, either being closed or not well maintained. Despite these negatives, some guests found the rooms comfortable and spacious, and a few praised the value for price and safety.

Cons (-) I am very upset about my reservation. The hotel was extremely dirty. My bed had hair in it as if it was from another guest. I feel cheated for paying $99 for this stay. I am considering not doing business with Kayak and may ask my wife not to use your services anymore at her company
