Everything seemed old and outdated. My room was dirty and the bathroom was musty. I’m normal height and I had to duck to fit under the shower head. Sky at the front desk was not very personable or helpful.

Pros (+) Our entire stay was great.
Cons (-) I don't like that at check in and check out we were not informed about a $25 per day incidentals charge that I just happened to notice on my credit card. I called and was told there would be a credit coming which was over a week ago and I still have not seen a credit.

Pros (+) My kids had a lot of fun at the indoor/outdoor pool and free arcade. The breakfast buffet was excellent; the made-to-order omelets and waffles were delicious.
