Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and comfortable beds, with several reviewers also noting the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the breakfast. However, there were recurring concerns about cleanliness in some rooms and bathrooms, inconsistent service from management, and issues with amenities such as elevators and room maintenance. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking in variety or quality. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value for its location and comfort, though improvements in cleanliness and service would enhance the experience.

Pros (+) The rooms had been renovated and were modern and pretty. Staff was feuendly and accommodating. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Given the opportunity, I would stay again... after renovations are complete.
Cons (-) The room I stayed in the bath tub had not been replaced and was a little bit grungy. Also, due to 1start floor renovations, the pet owners were on the floors with everyone else. My neighborson had a barking pooch which was uber annoying.
