Pros (+) Super comfortable bed, great views over the water, calm and convenient area.
Cons (-) The room we were in was a bit cramped, maybe 1-2 feet between the foot of the bed and the wall. Might be worth the upgrade if that’s a problem

Pros (+) The location was excellent, near canals and cafes and the concierge staff was very helpful.
Cons (-) My room had beams that kept me from easily getting out of bed, and I hit my head badly on one just sitting down in the chair. My phone had been turned off by the prior occupant, and so I missed my wakeup call. The maids should have looked for that and restored service so that didn't happen.
Pros (+) This is an iconic hotel on water in the very center of the city. Ofelia Plads is right next to the hotel (with tango on weekend nights in the summer). The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen (but it can get crowded if you go there at a wrong time).
Cons (-) The rooms with windows facing the street, as opposed to water, are less nice and noisier.
Pros (+) Great location in Copenhagen. Close to shops, restaurants and other sites. Clean and historic style hotel. Plentiful buffet breakfast.

Cons (-) Mold in the bathroom, tiny windows, dungeon like feel walking to the rooms. Musty smell, overall dirty. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros (+) We really liked the location in proximity to restaurants and sightseeing. Also the decor/look and feel was nice with the brick walls and old beams. Very comfortable and spacious compared to other Copenhagen properties.
Cons (-) The staff was just okay.
Pros (+) Beautiful rough hewn, 12" x 12" beams throughout; multiple skylights with custom coverings; easy access to taxis.
