The cleaning was not done on a daily basis. The toilet inside the room was dirty. At some point there was no more toilet paper or soap. The showers on the 3rd floor were closed and my key was not working.

Pros (+) Urban House is close to all the tourist site and is a short walking distance from the Central Station. The hostel is clean and very modern.
Cons (-) Travelers arriving early has no option to check in early. Check in time is 3pm. The hostel has lockers to place your bags if you want to see the city before the 3pm check in. Additionally, breakfast is extra fee.
