Pros (+) We have been staying at Casa Mexicana since 2002. Hotel is in a great location, exceptionally clean, great staff and Breakfast is wonderful. Has a family atmosphere and staff recognize you by name. Pool is great especially for kids. We would not think of staying anywhere else.

Pros (+) We've stayed here last year. We had such great experiences that is why we came back this year! We love the staff. Even though they don't speak much English, but they help you in every ways they can. The staff is very determine to deliver great/friendly customer services.
Cons (-) I wish, down the line, they have room services. But this is just a minor...minor issue, which does not STOP us to return.

Pros (+) Great employees, best breakfast buffet, great rooms and great location for an excellent price. This will be preferred hotel to stay at cozumel. They have helpful staff that go out their way to make your stay outstanding. Hotel is perfect placed on the island for people who want to do everything on the island or main island.
