Pros (+) Not much to like about my experience at this property. The indoor pool was about the only positive experience.
Cons (-) Staff was not trained, could not answer basic service questions. We had booked 2 rooms and one of our rooms was occupied by 'friends' of one of the front desk personnel. We checked in and given keys to a room in which the friends of the front desk clerk were hanging out in the room. Over night the fire alarms went off and all had to evacuate the hotel at 4am.
