Short flight. Perfect crew. Older plane. But clean and comfortable
W were seated in the middle of 4-seat row so we had to bother other passengers to get out. Seats were packed together too tightly. It was a very uncomfortable place to sit for 8 hours.
Cons: "Being given seats at the gate. I like to choose my seat."
Pros: "Boarding was easy for a large number. Seats were comfortable. The crew was pleasant and attentive. The food was very good actually. Love the Mile High Tea!"
Cons: "It was just the weather. I don't handle turbulence well. Delta crew was amazing as always."
Pros: "Just fine, beverage service was friendly."
Cons: "The entertainment system was out the entire flight. The flight attendants were just talking to each other as we left, even when I tried to say thank you."
Pros: "The guy announcing the boarding was a hoot! Great sense of humor."

Cons: "Business aisles are one way only, very impractical. Bathrooms are tiny unlike 777 and the seats are not good, i dislike the narrow feel of the feet well and there is noooo storage for shoes or amything else..what fail. And the door thing is a joke. I will make zero effort to fly this equipment...777 is the best after loosing the 747."

Cons: "The seats were staggered between the middle and sides, so my family was eventually split across two rows. I hadn't expected that."

Cons: "Website is very poor and ended up making booking through call centre and paying double what website was offering. Food & drink is expensive. In flight wi-fi expensive."

Pros: "The staff were thoughtful and kind. They checked on us and offered snacks and water very regularly. My favorite, though, was that the captain took the time to alert us to the sights out the window. We had closed the shades at the request of the attendants and would have missed the beauty of Greenland had he not alerted us to peak out. I appreciate that!"

Cons: "Sat in row 53 of 55 rows, should have boarded in sections instead of everyone all at once. Could not sleep due to passenger behind kept jostling my backrest."
Cons: "Whoever designed and built this airplane should literally be INDICTED - AND I AM NOT KIDDING! We were in disbelief the moment we boarded and saw the airplane. 10 people across jammed into the row??!! - and on an long international flight?? - are you kidding??!! Further, these were the SMALLEST seats I have EVER been forced to sit in. Neither I, or my friend came close to fitting. We literally had to alternate getting up and standing because we were literally overlapping each other when we sat! (His shoulder and arm were literally on top of me!!). It was so bad that when the stewardess came rolling down the aisle with her cart, I had to be aware and see her in advance so I could literally TURN MY BODY OVER TO THE LEFT HALF ON TOP OF THE PERSON SITTING NEXT TO ME SO SHE WOULDN'T TAKE OFF MY ARM AND SHOULDER. ULTIMATELY, SOMEONE, OR MORE THAN ONE PERSON, IS GOING TO GET SERIOUSLY HURT BY THIS RECKLESS, GREED-DRIVEN DESIGN!! The OVERT GREED by the airline (American) clearly reflected by this in trying to JAM as many human beings into a flight as possible like Sardines is DISGUSTING!!! You simply DO NOT TREAT HUMAN BEINGS THIS WAY!! It is also clear evidence that there needs to be tighter standards, regulations and penalties by the FAA and what is allowed by airlines. AND I AM SENDING A LETTER TO THE FAA!!!"
Pros: "This flight was co-shared by British airways. After our horrible flight from San Diego to London, we decided to upgrade our returning flight from London to San Diego to a economy plus premier. This time the plane seems newer and recently refurbished. The seat can recline more, with lump bar support and nice foot/leg rest. It has a bit more legroom. The cabin is nice and new with large view touchscreen TV for each seat. Gluten free meal was good, I'm just glad they finally boarded the plane with my GF meal (after repeated unsuccessful attempts). The service was great, our BA attendants were polite and attentive."
Pros: "The flight to and from Los Angeles was operated by British Airways and was on one of their Airbus fleet. Boarding was completed efficiently and with ease. I sat on the upper deck and was very comfortable in comparison to other major airlines previously used for this particular flight. The plane was very clean and the crew were outstanding. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble for crew, and they were ready with beverages, including tea and coffee, and snacks throughout the flight. In flight entertainment was good. All in all very pleasant flight to and from the U K."
It’s such a short flight with so many people it’s hard to see the positives. I have so much more to write about the next flight to Pittsburgh

Lost all of our luggage. Departed late. Sat on the tarmac for an hour. Missed our connection in Heathrow. Stood in line at BA customer service with several hundred other stranded travelers who missed BA connections & at 3pm they close the customer service window just before we reach it in line & send the employees home & offer us no new flight, no accommodations & no new information. I thought there was going to be a riot. Hundreds of wary travelers stranded, many without luggage, & no direction. Some were given a £10 food voucher to use after they passed security (with/without their luggage) because that was the only place they could eat there. All but one of the local hotels were fully booked, the most expensive one. £25 for a short taxi ride & hundreds of pounds for the hotel. A 9.5 hour direct flight home became a 36 hour debacle including 5 scheduled & 3 missed flights. One BA that my legs didn’t fit in the seat. One BA plane with a broken seat & entertainment console & no way to charge my phone, which I needed to transfer to the next flight with flight info. BA employees continued to lie to our faces & shuffle us from line to line, & then just walk away from their work stations. I’ve traveled a lot in my professional career. This was criminal corporate behavior at best.

I don’t think I should have to pay for extra legroom because I’m a tall person I had to get the extra legroom for comfort that shouldn’t be the case. I should be penalized by the airlines for being a tall person..

Cons: "My flight Paris/London/Manchester?Chicago was the mos impleasant experience I ever had. On July the flight was schedule for 9...pm then delayed for two hours because of a fire, other passengers said, in London. At around 11pm, we were asked to line up for boarding. We stayed on line for an hour and fnally to be told the flight was cancelled. We were treated less than animals by British Airway. No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!!! No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!! We slept on benches at the airport. To be fair to you, I will not recommend British Airway to anyone."
