Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location near main attractions and the historic center, making it convenient for sightseeing. The staff receives high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to go above and beyond, especially with early departures and special requests. Cleanliness is generally appreciated, with several reviews noting tidy rooms and daily housekeeping. Breakfast is mentioned frequently, though opinions are mixed, with some finding it simple but adequate and others wishing for more variety. While some guests highlight comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere, recurring concerns include cold rooms, extra charges for amenities, and basic facilities, particularly in older parts of the property.AI-generated from customer reviews
