Guest experiences at this hotel were mixed. Many reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues like dirty rooms, mold, pests, and maintenance problems. Service was another major concern, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, poor communication, and unresolved complaints. However, some guests did note positive aspects such as clean rooms, friendly staff, and well-stocked breakfast options.
