Pros (+) I like the people working there. Mary, the concierge and ,especially Francisco,the driver
Cons (-) The rat going up the stairs at the pool. The construction noise. The rate they charged me on a smaller room versus last year when I had a larger room for almost half the rate. When I called again to book for December they have raised the rate another $60.00.

Pros (+) Super clean super friendly really nice place altogether. Only for those looking for a high end stay in Dallas
Cons (-) Almost too nice, everything was fantastic but if you're the type that doesn't like being waited on hand and foot this might not be your place. Nothing is cheap that's for sure.
