Cons (-) Obstinate unhelpful staff. Called at 12:30 am for free airport shuttle pick-up, which was advertised as runnimg until 1:00 am. Hotel clerk tried to connect us with shuttle driver who did not answer phone. Texted and called driver again, but no answer. Had to pay $11.00 for taxi and hotel refused to reimburse.
