Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing nearby attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and accommodating attitude, with several guests highlighting positive interactions with specific managers. However, a recurring concern was the hotel's accessibility, as it is situated on higher floors without an elevator, making it challenging for elderly or less physically able guests. Overall, visitors appreciated the atmosphere, views, and value for price, but accessibility issues were noted by several reviewers.

Pros (+) My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights. The bed was the most comfortable one I've stayed on in south Asia. It was chilly and there was a huge comforter and thick thermal blanket over a soft foam mattress. Great views from the room, Central location walking distance from everything important in Darjeeling. They also painlessly arranged a taxi back to Bagdogra.
