Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the railway station and city center. Many also appreciate the unique atmosphere created by antique collections and memorabilia in the lobby and restaurant. However, cleanliness is a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning unclean rooms, unpleasant odors, and issues with pests. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests highlighting friendly and helpful staff, while others note unresponsive or unfriendly behavior. Room size and comfort are positively mentioned in a few reviews, particularly after room changes or upgrades. Overall, the hotel is considered a good option for its location and ambiance, but improvements in cleanliness and service consistency are needed.
