Rooms are dark, air is stale, food is mediocre, location is in the middle of a light industrial area with nothing around you.

The hotel is dark, I mean like the lobby and hallways are dark. Half of the elevators were out of service and those that worked creaked and bounced! Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was decent but again ok. Location is convenient to my customer so likely stay there again 😂

Pros (+) The location worked well for our families who were all staying at the hotel and needed to make it to the airport at various times the next day. The free shuttle was a great perk!
Cons (-) The fire alarm went off in the entire hotel for almost 15 minutes in the middle of the night and needless to say, none of the small children that we were traveling with that night got any sleep. Thankfully it was a false alarm, but it made for a terrible night. Our entire extended family had booked rooms at the hotel for the night and unfortunately we all had a very poor experience due to the lack...
