Casino & hotel part are separate, as the hotel's non-smoking. There were several food options within the property, the fitness/spa center offered many services/amenities, and the breakfast menu, provided in each room, is stellar! Staff members are very accommodating, friendly & personable. Toiletries are fresh & revitalizing
Water pressure in 1 of the shower heads was light; there was a double shower head in the King Room, though!
NOT kid or family friendly. Honestly other than that it was really good. I didnt see anywhere on the web site that children under 18 couldn't use the pool, hot tub and had basically one restraunt to eat in. I guess common sense should've told me a casino hotel would be like that, lesson learned! I would stay here again but not with a 4 year old.
The bed was horrible! It was hard and extremely uncomfortable! We hardly got any rest. It was loud in the hallway and we could hear people doing very intimate things. The smoke smell from the casino was AWFUL! We literally could not breath. We do not smoke and it felt like we had been smoking all night. I was very excited for an over night getaway but my excitement turned into a huge disappointment!
The bathroom was spectacular. This was actually the ONLY thing I liked bout the entire hotel.
Valet and valet policy are in need of help. Some of the staff were rude, the room wasn't up to expectations considering how much we spent on the stay and how grand it sound in description online. The amenities didnt accommodate our stay, we felt trapped to the hotel. But there was no value to justify keeping us there, so we spent most of our time away from the entire place. Also, a complementary breakfast would have been nice. Even most cheaper, less star rated hotels at least give a complementary breakfast. This was my yearly vacation, with my spouse, and I feel like I wasted my time and money.
