The first one was an extra 30 euros for returning the car, paying the highway fee at the gas station (potentially more complicated and expensive) and a potential fine for a not spotted cleaned the car at the returning and the second one was an extra insurance (almost 3 times the rental I've already paid). Not ok

They are professional, just they should stop emphasing and try to influence you to take the full insurance as they increase the your worrys to influence you to take the full coverage.

The pick up was ok. The car had a problem besides it was filthy. The biggest problem the car would not start when I stopped and tried to restart it. Hence they refused to fill with petrol and then budget charged my card $185 to fill the car. A Toyota Yaris Rip off watch out
