Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent breakfast, convenient location, and high standards of cleanliness. The spa and pool facilities are also frequently praised for their quality and relaxation. However, several guests report issues with service, particularly at reception, and mention that staff professionalism sometimes does not meet five-star expectations. Some negative feedback concerns room maintenance, such as cleanliness lapses and outdated amenities, but overall, the positive aspects of the hotel, especially the breakfast and spa, are highly valued by guests.
