Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing issues such as poor service, lack of cleanliness, malfunctioning amenities, and inadequate air conditioning. Several reviewers mentioned problems with staff attitude and unhelpfulness, while others complained about insects, dirty linens, and missing bathroom items. However, a few guests highlighted the hotel's convenient location and the friendliness of some staff members, especially at reception and security. There were also positive remarks about room organization and payment flexibility, but these were outweighed by the negative experiences reported by most guests.
