Excellent! Staff at airport (Pauli) was efficient and helpful. Car was spotless. We had to put down an extra $200 as a retainer in case we didn't fuel up car or we put too many miles on it. I expect to get that $200 back. I'll check my credit card statement on a day or two. I would recommend Driving Force.Reviewed 22 Oct 2023

Instruction given to collect car key is very clear. Professional services. We are given a new car and also is what we have booked. But just that there is a message on the car dashboard “need servicing”. Thank you Driving Force.Reviewed 16 Oct 2023

Fast check-in. Helpful customer service agent, who clearly explains features and limitations. Clean car. Everything was great. Drop off much better than pick up! On pick up we were advised that we had to pay more than we had been quoted on our reservation, which didn’t seem fair. This was then corrected,, so all ended well !Reviewed 22 Sept 2023

Service was amazing, car was clean. Easy pick up and drop off! Honda CRV did not offer apple car play (or we an alternative) and we didn’t notice any navigation. Tricky getting around. No other concerns though. Thanks -Reviewed 19 Jun 2023

Pros:The car was cleanCons:The staff tried to change the price of the rental, they didn’t communicate very well about pick up door off location and then condescendingly asked “do I need to get my manager involved?” I was able to talk to the manager and and get the price I was quoted but not without hassleReviewed 20 Apr 2019

Cons:The person at pick up should have gone over everything as we were charged a ton for being slightly over the drop off time. I didn't realize the drop off time was then. They seemed to be more interested in making sure they had a credit card to charge instead of giving you then correct information.Reviewed 26 Mar 2019
