Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests were dissatisfied with the service, citing rude or unprofessional staff at reception and poor overall service. Cleanliness was also a concern for several guests, with reports of dirty rooms, stained pillows, and bed bugs. Noise was a common issue, especially from the bar or nightclub, and some found the rooms small or not adequately equipped for couples. However, a number of guests praised the friendly and accommodating staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and overall enjoyable stays. Some guests found the hotel to be a good value and appreciated the helpfulness of the front desk managers.AI-generated from customer reviews
