Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and accommodating service, as well as its central location and value for money. Many found the staff helpful and welcoming, with several reviewers highlighting positive experiences with specific team members. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with reports of dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and maintenance issues. Noise from bars and surrounding areas was also a common concern, making it difficult for some guests to sleep. While some found the rooms comfortable and the price reasonable, others felt the overall condition of the property detracted from their stay.
