The lobby was nice and and alive with alot of people around, most of the staff were friendly
The Room was not clean at all, Toilets were not cleaned daily.One of the Security staff was rude and entirely unprofessional. The only bar is the pool bar which is not a night out bar.

Overview
The Dubai Hotels Sheraton Grand Hotel Dubai offers a space for business and leisure travelers to experience the city of Dubai. The hotel is only 10 minutes away from the Dubai International Airport and a five-minute walk from the nearest metro station. The Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa are only 20 minutes away by metro while the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center is right across the street. This air-conditioned hotel boasts 474 non-smoking guestrooms and suites, along with 180 serviced apartments.
Each guestroom offers a Super Sleeper Bed for relaxation and comfort while in Dubai. There are also Nespresso Machines in every room and deluxe rooms include views of Sheikh Zayed Road. Private bathrooms are provided with bathtubs and showers, bidets, double vanities, and hairdryers. Robes and slippers are in each room as well as alarm clocks, safes, desks, chairs, and irons and ironing boards. The rooms offer LED televisions with premium movie channels and complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access.
Feast offers on-site dining in an interactive culinary restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Dawn & Dusk is also at the hotel and offers barbeque for lunch and dinner on the rooftop. Moe’s on the 5th is 1920s themed bar in the hotel while Miss Lily’s offers up Jamaican cuisine. Link@Sheraton Café is also at the hotel for coffee and pastries for breakfast.
