Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the good value for money, especially for families. However, many reviews highlighted serious cleanliness issues, including reports of cockroaches and strong odors, as well as old and poorly maintained facilities. Some guests were disappointed by the lack of amenities and found the location inconvenient or crowded. Overall, while service and value were positives, cleanliness and amenities were major concerns.
