Excellent 10.0
Pros: Easy check in with only a 10 min drive to airport. Had to get up early so the continental breakfast was perfect.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I can’t fault my stay at Rose Cottage. It’s close to the airport, yet in a quiet locality but with bus stops and shops within easy walking distance. The hosts went out of their way to make it really pleasant and the breakfasts were abundant and delicious. Thank you!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: One of best BnB I have ever stayed in. Everything we needed was there. Location to airport is such a plus. Close by-yet quiet. Having breakfast already in room upon arrival for the next day was so helpful-especially is you have to get to airport early.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Comfortable room, exceptional host, great breakfast! Highly recommend
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Beautiful area and nice decor, Netflix and good heating
Cons: Bed small and mattress too soft for us
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rose Cottege is a wonderful place to stay. We had a lovely time. We were really well looked after. You had everything in the room. it was magga cosy and warm. It is a real retreat. We loved it all. We went to Manor in Swords. The bar/restaurant was amazing not far from the cottage. We had an amazing meal there. The cottage is well worth a visit. Even the decor of the house is wonderful. We were met by the lady of the house, who went over everything and it is clear she is a lovely person who enjoys meeting people. Sword is great, not far from Malahide and Portmarnock for your walk by the sea.
Cons: I have nothing to say only a lovely place , managed by lovely people.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Beautiful place to stay! Host was so welcoming even arranged a taxi for us to go out to dinner. Breakfast in the room was a lovely touch and made me morning that little bit easier before my flight. Bed was wonderfully comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and style with gracious hosts.
Cons: There was nothing we didn't like!
Excellent 9.6
Best B&B that we have ever stayed it. Dan went over and above to what a host needs to be. So polite, helpful and attentive. The room and amenities were that of 5 star accommodation. Cooked breakfast was delicious . Couldn't fault the property one bit!! If you wanted to see the sights around Dublin - you would need a car as it is a little bit out of the way, but a bus stop is only a short walk away. Definitely would stay again!!
Excellent 10.0
Immaculate, thoughtfully designed place, ideal location very close to Dublin airport yet the wooded garden setting felt quite secluded. Great people, very helpful. If you need this location, you can't do better.
Excellent 10.0
Great place to stay. Everything excellent. Would stay there again and again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I booked this stay as a need to stay somewhere last year (In 2017) but quickly changed my view when I saw how amazing this cottage is! My friend and I were greeted immediately and before talking Business was offered tea, coffee, or champagne. After receiving the tea, he sat down with us and outlined all the restaurants and bars in the area to try and ones to stay away from since it was a holiday. On top of the holiday there was a rugby match going on so it would have been hard to find a place to sit down and eat or have a beer. I was very satisfied with my service and given the opportunity to stay in Dublin again I would choose this in a heartbeat. Thank you rose cottage!!!
Cons: There was nothing in control of the cottage that was in satisfied with the weather is another comment.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Our host, Dan, exlemplified the term. This was our first day in Ireland, and we felt utterly lost. Dan reached out to us before our plane even left home, asking when he might expect us. We had an email dialog that helped us use the public transportation system to reach the B&B. He let us drop our luggage off and explore Dublin while waiting for check-in time, then showed us the best bus routes to take. In the morning, he cooked up a great Irish breakfast for us to get our day started. About the bed, we took it for granted. It was a nice, comfortable mattress, which we wished we had for the next two weeks. It seems comfortable beds are not common in Europe and the UK, so it was a real luxury to have had our first night after a full day of travel at Rose Cottage.
Cons: It is a bit outside of Dublin center, so the bus ride takes about an hour...if there is not a hurling match happening.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Absolutely Amazing stay, delicious breakfast, Staff where incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms where really clean and the setting was beautiful. Couldn't recommend this place more. Will stay again. Thank you
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nothing not to like
Cons: Everything was great
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Perfect location, close to bus stop and Dublin airport. Wonderful helpful hostess. Room large and comfortable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the warm welcome
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great people. Close to Dublin. Very close to the airport.
Good 6.0
Pros: Cathy is a kind and well-meaning hostess. She kindly called a cab when asked. She seemed attentive to her guests. There seems to be a bus nearby which takes about 30-40 minutes into the city-centre, depending upon the time of day. The price of the room(s) is commensurately less expensive than in the city-centre. Close to the airport.
Cons: The property needs updating and perhaps a deep-clean. There was some red mold in the shower stall, which might be acceptable in one's own home, but not in a hotel or B&B. If the window treatments in the breakfast area are not replaced, they also could use a cleaning. I was well-aware that it was going to be a haul into Dublin city-centre from this property. And while it is close to the airport, a cab or private care is necessary as I don't believe there was public transport available to the property.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Really a special place!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hotel is in an attractive area with great walking and jogging opportunities in the park opposite
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Reception was great, the barman was friendly and courteous, the breakfast staff were nice.
Cons: The food in the restaurant was well over priced and for a table of 4, the only table in the restaurant at the time, the food took way too long to arrive, and when it did, the 2 plain burgers for kids we asked for, were covered in cheese. €11 for a kid burger and a few undercooked chunky fries is way too much to pay for as well by the way. And no kids menu at all? Why not? You're a hotel!!! The bed in our room was too hard, and bumpy. My wife and I barely slept, with a big day of travel ahead of us the next morning, it was not the preparation we wanted!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was just perfect super hotel great location for airport
Cons: Nothing
Good 7.0
Pros: Good breakfast, acceptable room and close enough to the airport. The airport shuttle was efficient. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were helpful and polite.
Cons: The food selection for dinner could be more interesting and as I have been visiting Eire for over 30 years and drinking Guinness for many more I am sorry to report that the Guinness I had was not very good so I switched to Tiger beer.
Excellent 9.6
Fantastic location for travel from Dublin Airport, Very Clean and lovely staff. Thank you.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very helpful staff, great food, modern clean accommodation
Cons: Nothing
Poor 1.0
Pros: The company that was with me made my stay better
Cons: The room wasnt what it was in the pictures night time staff where extremly rude
Okay 4.0
Cons: Heating was not working.
Good 6.0
Pros: Heating did not work properly. The service man came to do plumbing at 8.30 at night..I did not request this service.
Cons: Cold room
Excellent 8.8
Excellent hotel with bus stop to the airport or Dublin City centre just a short walk from the hotel. Hotel provides free airport shuttle. We had club room with access to the club lounge, however, our keys never worked to get in the lounge to get hot and cold drinks. The club lounge had drinks and canapés 5.30pm to 7.30pm. Drinks were limited choice and canapés poor and only replenished with 2 options instead of 5 options . This standard hotel should have replenished all canapés options. There were a lot of people in the lounge
Good 6.0
I Paid for a suite which was advertised but got an executive room, the pictures were misleading. Hotel was fine, decent facilities. 1Hr bus ride to the city center.. safe area
Excellent 10.0
Checked in early - lunchtime no problem Room was clean and. Spacious Good size bathroom with double shower and bath Used the hotel bar and restaurant for dinner which was delicious and well priced would recommend Close enough to get into the city for some sightseeing Free airport transfer provided
Excellent 8.0
The place clean and staff lovely and helpful
Good 6.8
The place good and for relaxing is very nice
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room. They had outlets for international chargers. Front desk helpful and friendly.
Cons: None
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was clean, modern and had air conditioning (in a country with very few hotels or B&Bs with A/C). The shuttle bus ran regularly and on time. It's very convenient to the airport.
Cons: The bathroom needs upgrading. The shower/bathtub is awkwardly shaped and the curtain sticks to you. Also, they need fans in the bathrooms to extract the humidity.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was too notch, from the smart phone on offer in my room to the comfortable bed to the fantastic dinner I had in the hotel restaurant Touzai. I'll definitely be back.
Cons: Nothing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly service at the front desk and in the restaurant.
Cons: The promised free Crowne Plaza shuttle bus could only hold about 10 people and there were more than twice that waiting at the designated pick-up area. We ended up paying for an Uber ride ourselves in order to get to the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location near airport. Shuttle to airport. Cleanliness of hotel.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Was close to Dublin airport, was able to get a shuttle to and from Hotel
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great hotel. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Walking distance to bus route. Very easy to get downtown.
Cons: It's a little complicated to find the bus at the airport. That took some extra effort and a long walk to the pick up spot. Easy drop off for departures.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Hotel was clean, roomy and in a great location.
Cons: No.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Inviting decor and excellent customer service.
Cons: No
Okay 5.0
Cons: Restaurant menu at night
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Bar staff was rude twice. Hotel not a four star. More like a 3 or 2.5. Outdated decor. Self parking was terrible and had to pay 6 euros.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice airport hotel to stay at night before your flight.
Good 6.8
Pros: Great loction. It is a airport hotel that is very easily accessible to the city centre. Staff is good
Cons: We did not like that there was hair in the bath tub and all the doors slammed in hallways making it noise at night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: * Close to the airport * Friendly, very helpful staff * Free airport shuttle bus * Clean, spacious room * Surprisingly excellent dinner * Reasonable rates
Excellent 9.7
Pros: I was very impressed with the breakfast. It included a variety of hot and cold foods, drinks, and excellent service. Staff is very knowledgeable about the different bus routes and different attractions. Very impressed .
Cons: The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, but I slept fine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had an 11 hour flight layover. The hotel was less than 10 mins from the airport. It was clean and comfortable. This is a nice hotel and definitely fit the bill. A great place to stay
Good 7.7
Pros: Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, restaurant looked inviting though I was too late to try it.
Cons: Didn't get a lot of help trying to get myself to the airport in the morning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very pretty inside and very clean. It was a great bargain and close to the airport. Had some shops close by just in case you needed any necessities.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: 24hr shuttle to airport. Car parking at good price. Comfortable room
Cons: Breakfast needs improvement. Quite pricey.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing I didn't like
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Was not asked for vaccination status at any point..!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Staff at reception very good. Very convenient location and room and bathroom very clean.
Cons: Not all staff in lounge restaurant wear masks correctly. Person greeting and seating guests wears mask under her nose at all times! Duvets on bed heavy, uncomfortable polyester. Inexcusable delay for shuttle. Three parked but only one in use.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great service , really lovely staff , fab breakfast The man on the outside taking care of the car park was so helpful , friendly and so nice !!!!
Cons: All good
Good 7.0
Pros: Confusion over car park payment. No EXIT or WAY OUT signs for car park near front of hotel Fridge on dressing table in bedroom!
Cons: Nice room (apart from fridge on dressing table) Nice bar area Excellent pizza takeaway from Italian Kitchen
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast excellent & Airport shuttle very good
Good 6.4
Very good staff very friendly
Good 7.2
Asked for receipt on arrival, didn't get it, charge for car park even for residents, room wasn't cleaned, when I rang about this, they said I had to request it to be cleaned, nobody mentioned this on arrival or there was no literature in room to state this. Ordered steak sandwich on first day, it was delicious, ordered it the next day and it was cooked completely different and there was no rocket or pepper sauce as indicated on the menu, had to ask for this, when they came back with my plate the steak was cold. Lip stick on wine glass. Doesn't live up to 4 stars and probably over priced for an airport hotel.
Excellent 9.6
Great and well-priced hotel within a few kilometres of Dublin Airport. Clean and functional hotel. Bathroom was spotless with all facilities and a hot powerful shower. Had many extra features like room safe, iron/ironing board and heating. The shuttle bus was very frequent and efficient. I will stay here again if I have an early morning flight.
Good 6.8
Room, bed, and bathroom was comfortable and clean. The staff were very friendly. However, breakfast was disappointing and overpriced. It took 20 minutes to find a space in the underground car park and I had to pay €10 at check out for the privilege to park a car.
Excellent 10.0
Clean good staff nice food
Excellent 10.0
The Clayton Hotel is very nice with bright and clean rooms. The lobby comprises of a couple of places to eat and is very convenient because of the free shuttle that brings your to the airport in less than 15 minutes. I would recommend it and will stay again there if we are to take an early flight.
Excellent 8.4
Rachel at front desk was helpful at check in very professional staff and friendly
Good 7.0
Pros: Easy to find
Cons: Not enough information regarding what comes with the room- no parking, no breakfast
Good 6.5
Pros: Resturant was convenient and food was good. Pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Like many European hotels the american amenities were lacking, unfortunately we weren't carrying basics as the stay was last minute and unplanned, the ability to shower would've gone a long way. TV channels were very basic (maybe 20?) and at least half were not in English. But it beat spending the night in the airport for sure.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Easy airport access with shuttle bus.
Cons: Somewhat noisy because of arrival of other guests - notably aircraft crew. Parking was horrendous and there was almost no baggage carts in the parking area.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to airport but much nicer than typical airport hotel exp. great bar and restaurant Shuttle service very good
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The shuttle was right to pick you up
Cons: The food was quite expensive and portions were small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: 24/7 access, very flexible on eating arrangements Free shuttle bus to/from the airport
Cons: No
Good 7.3
the hotel was very nice when arriving and the downstairs area looks great but the room was not updated and the beds uncomfortable
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is very convenient to the airport.
Cons: They nickle and dime you for everything.
Okay 5.0
Pros: "close" to airport with shuttle service
Cons: Too pretentiously for my taste.
Excellent 8.2
Ideal for my early flight, however more coffee and tea could be left in the room, save ringing down for more
Mediocre 3.4
Pros: Nice lobby
Cons: Cleaner room
Good 6.5
Pros: Clean modern room. Staff were friendly
Cons: Quite a distance from airport. Shuttle bus provided approximately every twenty minutes. Drop off is s short walk to terminal 1. When you get out of the elevator their is s short flight of stairs which is awkward with heavy luggage. Bad design.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: location and regular 24-hour free shuttle to airport
Cons: no face cloths in bathroom instant coffee in room no herbal tea in room only Irish breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location, restaurant, rooms, all great
Excellent 10.0
Pros: no base service.
Cons: no
Excellent 9.0
Pros: clean, nice, close to airport, shuttle bus every 15 minutes
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.5
Very good as usual. Allocated a room that was recently renovated on 6th floor.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We wanted to make the best of a long layover in Dublin so we chose this hotel. It was the perfect choice. It's about 15 minutes away from the airport and 20 minutes away from Dublin's Temple Bar area. The hotel is clean, modern, and updated.
Poor 1.0
Pros: The fixtures are very nice and the site is clean
Cons: The hotel schedules loud parties that continue into the wee hours (1:30am) while a dozen or so rooms are directly above the disco. This is not acceptable. Stay away.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful
Cons: It’s missing a few ash trays outside the front door of the hotel
Excellent 9.7
hair dryer not working properly no shower caps
Good 7.0
Pros: Location to airport.
Cons: It took ages to call a taxi. I witnessed several people at the reception having the same issues I had in calling a taxi. It took over an hour for our taxi to arrive.
Good 6.2
Pros: Friendly staff, great shuttle service
Cons: Clean room but musty smell
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing I wouldn't go back there if it was for free
Cons: Overall a very uncaring staff I needed assistance with wheelchair to go to the airport I had to walk outside to the bus the bus drop me off some 500 yards away from gate number one my flight was a gate number two like I said I wouldn't stay there
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Loved the hotel. Started with the amazing front desk staff , Milli, was her name. She was the most accommodating person ever and was sure to take care of us immediately. Give that girl a raise! A convenient shuttle bus from the airport was also a nice touch, especially for free. We loved our nice and spacious room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dublin, especially if they want to be close to the airport.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The premium rooms are extremely nice.
Cons: The standard rooms are dismal at best. We stayed the first night in a premium room that we had paid for, but the second night was complimentary through the airline carrier. At which time we were put in a standard room. It was like starting at the Hilton then being down graded to the red roof inn.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
Cons: We stayed here for one night on Thursday 2 November 2017. The shuttle bus stance 16 is one of the furthest from the terminal building. It is approximately a 10 minute journey but can take longer depending on traffic and time of day. At check in the receptionist was efficient but her appearance was poor giving rise to concerns about standards in the hotel. We found the atmosphere in our room oppressive; despite the air conditioning there was no humidity at all. We tried opening the window but it was too noisy due to the hotel's engineering system. We were forced to try again later but then found that the locking mechanism on the window jammed and the night staff could not fix the issue at 3.30am so we had to put up with the noise for the rest of the night. As a result we got very little sleep. Despite the member of the night staff saying that he would report the issue, the receptionist had no record of it at check out but promised to investigate. Two days later I have heard nothing from the hotel and no offer of compensation against the prepaid charges. On the return to the airport the standing room only bus departure was delayed 15 minutes due to a driver change over with the bus engine left running. This is a very busy hotel 10 minutes from Dublin Aiport using the hotel's shuttle bus which theoretically runs every 20 minutes. The hotel is isolated at an island off the motorway so you have no alternative for food other than the hotel's own coffee shop, bar and restaurant; and prices! The bath towels were very thin. There was a hole in the bathroom sink which they had unsuccessfully attempted to cover with silicone. If I was overnighting at Dublin Airport again I would look for an alternative closer to the airport.
Excellent 9.7
very good indeed. courteous staff. helpful and friendly. would stay again.
Excellent 8.7
checked in at 13.00 with no problems after a very long flight. staff at check in desk very friendly and efficient and bonus, was able to check in early. This was very much appreciated.
Good 6.5
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Everything beyond the room was an additional cost; coffee, tea, pricey breakfast, the slowest internet around. Not even parking validation for a one night stay. I guess I am spoiled by USA standards.
Excellent 8.2
I did not like the restaurant.. had the fish and chips was barely edible. service was slow and they weren't that busy when I was there. Waitress was not a bit pleasant. Hotel itself was outstanding. Desk staff were a pleasure to deal with.
Excellent 8.5
I liked been close to airport, disliked having to pay to weigh luggage
Okay 5.0
Pros: Shuttle to airport
Cons: Expensive
Good 7.0
Pros: Availability of room with 1 double and 2 single beds great for families
Good 7.0
Pros: Location
Good 7.1
Cons: Finding parking was difficult. Shower was either cold or scalding hot.
Good 7.0
Pros: Great location for the airport. It has a good restaurant and the bar area serves food too. Very clean and modern.
Cons: No air conditioning. 9 euros to park.
Okay 5.4
Pros: The free 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport was very convinent
Cons: The rooms were old and outdated, shower wasn't good, and bar staff were slow and ignorant
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Food is excellent!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Got early check-in. The shuttle goes quite frequently. And they have hypoallergenic pillows!
Cons: Dry air in the room.
Good 7.3
excellent welcoming checkin. extended stay by one night but they didn't extend booking just created a new reservation which caused confusion with housekeeping and key renewal which i found annoying and inconvenient, no toilet brush, minimal toiletries and towels, cups not washed in between the stay
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We picked the hotel close to the airport with a shuttle service. The shuttle service is extremely convenient. We were only staying for one night before flying out.
Cons: The room smelled a bit. Everything appeared very clean however there was a lingering smell.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Shuttle service was excellent.
Cons: No breakfast included. No other restaurants in the area to dine at.
Good 6.0
Cons: Paying for parking without previously knowing there was a charge. Bathroom was not as clean as I feel it shold have been.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: 24 hour shuttle is great. The hotel bar and restaurant are fine, and the crowd is something out of Star Wars - incredibly mixed bag makes great people watching.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great atmosphere and very modern
Cons: Instant coffee in the room
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The courtesy of staff The promptness of my getting my room The efficiency of the shuttle bus service and the willingness of the drivers to help load/unload luggage The cleanliness and comfort of the room
Cons: The one thing I intensely disliked was the €7.50 tray charge for room service, I thought it was excessive and money-grabbing. I realise there is a cost involved in providing room service, but would have thought this was probably absorbed in the room charge.
Good 6.0
Cons: We paid extra for the deluxe breakfast buffet, which turned out to be a depressing school cafeteria, complete with plastic trays still damp from the dishwasher. Not what we expected from the reviews.
Okay 4.0
Pros: It had a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
Cons: We went down to the restaurant/bar both nights we were there and had to flag someone down after fifteen minutes to get someone to help us. They acted like we were bothering them. For such a nice hotel it was sad to be treated so poorly.
Excellent 8.5
Cons: Shuttle driver could have been more specific with terminal information at Dublin airport. We walked much more than necessary and two of our party had difficulty with that.
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel is what one would expect from a Holiday Inn Express or similar hotel. Nothing special or fancy about this hotel. Staff isn't overly helpful or even friendly.
Cons: Don't even try going downstairs to get food at a normal dinner time, you will wait forever and that is even if you are lucky enough to be able to find a seat. You can't order room service because the actual menu with menu choices isn't available until after 11 p.m. Window will open but don't expect to sleep because you are right next to a busy road. The road noise alone is enough to make you go crazy!
Good 6.2
Pros: Food was very good
Cons: Rooms need to be updated
Good 7.7
Cons: Only down part of the entire stay was the room service. It wasn't so horrible that we wouldn't return, but 22£ for a Caesar salad that had almost no dressing on it was a bit much. The dressing also tasted just like it was a little mayo spread under a few lettuce leaves. Again. Not the worst hotel room service ever imaginable, but enough that I spent 35% of what I spent to rent the room for a salad we didn't eat. The only negative in an otherwise spotless stay.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Nothing - food was dreadful
Cons: Staff, food, service, overall a parking lot that pretends to be a hotel

Excellent 10.0
Pros: We booked the Holiday Inn Express (Dublin Airport), due to arriving back very late from a trip to Italy. To our surprise, we were informed that the Hotel had closed and that we were being 'upgraded' to the neighbouring Crowne Plaza. The upgrade was superb, with a magnificent breakfast, wonderful room and great facilities. The staff were all very courteous and nothing was a problem.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Not enough towels and drinks in the room
Cons: The upgrade
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast was excellent and the shuttle to the airport was a big plus. We had just the overnight to catch a plane and this worked out perfectly.
Cons: Not enough towels in the bathroom, but we were too tired to complain,
Okay 4.0
Cons: Being kept up half the night by noisy hotel residents. We were in room 116 and they were in room 115 and adjoining rooms as they kept on knocking and chatting amongst themselves until I went out at 1.30am and told them to stop the noise ...the reason we booked to stay was because we had an early flight and it takes us 5 hours to travel down to Dublin airport so we weren't going to get a good night's sleep ....so we thought we'll book a hotel room the night before so we don't have to go through that no sleep night stress as it interferes with my high blood pressure medication ... But apart from that your hotel was beautiful and the staff were great and the food was lovely xxx I did notify the staff before departure to our problem .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was notified a few weeks prior to my stay that my reservation was moved next door to the Crown Plaza. My stay at the Crown was exceptional. Great service, clean rooms, very comfortable beds, great food in the bar for dinner and a fantastic breakfast (which was included in my stay). There is also beautiful park across the street and it is about a 7 min drive to the airport.
Mediocre 2.0
The hotel we booked, took our money knowing they were not open. Luckily we went to another hotel and they were able to accommodate us.
Poor 1.0
Pros: Did not get to experience.
Cons: This hotel was temporarily closed when I arrived for the next two days!
Poor 1.0
Pros: Nothing it¿s been closed to ¿outside¿ guests for over a year! Only people who¿ve been quarantined fir a failed Covid tests r allowed n the building, thanks for selling me a room that didn¿t exist!!!
Cons: I was left high and dry to find another room at time of arrival for a higher costs !!!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was great and the room was spacious enough. The bed was comfortable and there was good water pressure in the shower.
Cons: The shuttle was a bit hard to find but that was more of an issue with the airport than with the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly and efficient staff
Excellent 9.2
Shuttle from the airport was easy and free of charge. Consider that most of the shuttles for other hotels must be paid. Accessing to the city centre was easy by bus as well. Breakfast was not bad, most of the things were existing, no matter that the hall is a little mess. We have experienced some other hotels around, we recommend Holiday Inn Express by high p/q ratio.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room!! Clean room and comfortable bed!!
Cons: Staff was problematic if you’re not multi-lingual.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was amazing, the girl that did our check-in gave us a lot of information about the city, she was a nice person, the breakfast was great, they have a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport, wich help us a lot
Cons: I liked everything.
Excellent 9.2
Spacious, modern and clean room. Friendly staff. The free shuttle service to airport helps a lot since I have an early morning flight. The management even let me stored my luggage for 1 day when I had to make a short trip to another place before i re-checked in to the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location and the facility were great. Very convenient for a flight early am.
Cons: The staff was not as friendly as we became accustomed to in Ireland.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean. Comfortable bed. Modern fixtures. Close to airport. Nearby restaurant. Affordable. Shuttle to airport
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I arrived a lot earlier and the initial staff was not friendly. I went next door to the Carlton and staff was very accommodating. I checked in later to the Holiday Inn and morning staff was a lot better/friendly. The location is only good for one night.
Cons: The earlier male staff was not friendly.
Good 7.0
Pros: The breakfast was really good. Little disappointed in the size of the room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast area clean and comfortable
Cons: No wash cloths
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very modern and efficient setup and the price was very good for the Dublin area and especially good for proximity to Dublin Airport. I used to stay the Bewleys/Clayton Hotel but this is a much better value and experience with great breakfast options.
Cons: One elevator seems to be out of operation overnight.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It is so convenient to the airport. The shuttle service and driver are terrifically!
Cons: The halls could stand a Hoovering.
Okay 5.0
Pros: the location
Cons: the lobby was a construction site. it was a mess
Okay 4.0
Pros: The location.
Cons: The rooms were recently renovated. In the first two rooms that we were assigned, the lights did not work in the bathroom. Finally, the manager walked us to a third room to verify the lights worked.
Good 7.0
Pros: proximity to airport and shuttle available
Cons: no
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great breakfast and super comfy beds. Excellent location for the airport
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.3
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Good value for money.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The easy access to motorway. The facility is pretty good.
Cons: The daily cleaning is not consistent. Some days are better than the the others. The breakfast menu is the same every day. More varieties would be great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff at front desk was very nice and friendly. Quick check in and check out
Good 6.0
Pros: Location.
Cons: Rather shabby interior and very noisy from construction we were not informed about.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Have used HIE before and was happy. Not so much this time. Location was hidden and parking not convenient.
Cons: Room was too small. Like a studio. Bed poor.
Okay 5.0
Cons: Since they are an airport hotel, there should be shuttle service on-call as long as there are flights arriving/departing. It cost me $20 and a lot of stress to figure out there was no shuttle and take a cab to the hotel.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Proximity to the airport
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location was allowed great access to airport. Staff was great and even had a to go breakfast ready for us at 5:00 am allowing for an early flight. Surrounding area felt safe, clean, and quiet. Will strongly recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Excellent 9.1
Pros: We needed the shuttle from the airport and the information we received was Not Helpful
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very helpful in answering our questions and helping us.
Good 7.0
Pros: Shuttle service to and from airpport and the cost.
Cons: Would add oatmeal to breakfast. A lot of people don't eat dairy and meat these days.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very close to the Airport, convenient, friendly staff. Rooms were a good size with plenty of space in both rooms booked for the family. Recommend +++
Cons: Well I couldn’t really fault anything on our overnight stay.
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Best airport hotel I have ever stayed at
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was very nice, hotel resturant was also very good, convenient to airport with free shuttle service.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean room.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great service and very helpful staff. The shuttle service is very important to airport and it was on time and efficient. Breakfast was good too.
Cons: Covid restrictions beyond your control. Could not be there traveling without full vaccinations so some over the top rules.. Glad Oct 22nd is only 4 days only till we are free again. .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: My boyfriend took advantage of the hotel shuttle from Dublin Airport. Once we rented a car we paid the 10 euro fee for daily parking - which worked out well since we were able to park and go as often as we wanted throughout the day. We asked for a refrigerator so the hotel was able to add one to the room. I loved the shower being separated from the bathtub. There was plenty of counter space in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was refreshing. After I got my PCR test results from Vida Care (this is a clinic onsite which offers coronavirus testing with results within 24 hours), the hotel staff printed out my test results so that I could present my test results to the airline for my flight back to the United States.
Cons: The couches in the living room area were so soft and deep that we could barely get off of them. Maybe there should be firmer sofas for bodies 40 years and older? lol
Excellent 9.2
Large room, fantastic restaurants and delicious food! My only negative is no air conditioning and it was a little warm and humid. It was too noisy from the planes to keep a window open.
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to airport, comfortable bed, lots of hot water
Cons: Not enough outlets near bed, outlet near bed for lamp and did not use the universal type of outlet I had. I had to call desk and have them bring a extension cord across room.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: New rooms with an excellent bed and great bathrooms
Cons: Menu was decent but not overly extensive. Gym has all the basics you need but not overly welcoming facilities and layout.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: compared to another Dublin airport I stayed at, it was better.
Cons: compared to most other city's airport hotels, Dublin's are poor quality and OVER priced. Lucky for Ireland that there are lots of Irish American's enamored with travelling to Ireland, but IMHO it's over priced for the so-so accommodations and service that you get in the country.
Good 6.8
Pros: Very convienet to the airport (less than 5 minutes) and nice, newer rooms. The built-in USB ports for charging devices was an especially nice touch.
Cons: We booked two spots on arrival for the shuttle back to the airport for our return the next day, but when we came down the following morning at our scheduled time, they had not held the spots and the shuttle was already full. We did manage to pick ourselves in and make it, but not without having to go with the driver back into the hotel to the concierge desk, and even then 1 of had to sit in the isle on the floor of the van sardined around luggage. It's virtually impossible to use the shower without spilling a fair bit of water into the rest of the bathroom. Seemed more a "form over function" design choice, or perhaps an unintended consequence of the good water pressure (which I was a fan of).
Good 7.7
Pros: The hotel had excellent wifi, the restaurant downstairs was great and affordable, the airport shuttle was very convenient, the staff took great care of me by letting me check in a bit early, the room was spacious and the bathroom was wonderful. I'd had a chaotic 36 hours traveling internationally and needed a night to unwinde before my next flight. This did the trick.
Cons: Bit noisy in the day if you're trying to sleep, no a/c so it got pretty stuffy, bed was very firm, over priced but you pay for convenience I suppose.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location near the airport, with shuttle available 24 hours.
Good 7.1
Pros: Very isolated unless you come with a car. Unable to easily get simple things like snacks. The hotel is the only close source of food, consequently the prices are high. The hotel was clean and the staff were fairly helpful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Booked this hotel at the last minute and got a great deal. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The hotel is next to the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. I would highly recommend for business or personal travel for someone looking to stay near the airport.
Good 6.0
Pros: This hotel is very close to the airport with a free shuttle to take you to and from. Everyone is kind which is also a plus.
Cons: We came across a dry urine stain on our bed in I ur first room. Seemed to be on an additional disposable comfort sheet which could have easily been tossed whenever someone came across the issue. But the hotel quickly moved us to a new room after a quick phone call.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw smiles on all of their faces. This is very important to me. It was very clean.
Good 6.3
Pros: Close @ the Airport!

Good 7.0
Pros: close location to airport room was nice and comfy
Cons: no room view
Okay 4.0
Pros: Otherwise room was spacious
Cons: Bit of a dodgy crew hanging around the outside of the hotel, shouting at each other and loitering. The drain in the shower was blocked with disgusting guck and it flooded the bathroom floor. When I lifted the cover of the drain what looked like vomit came floating out of it. Room was nice otherwise, very spacious.
Okay 5.2
After contacting reception at 1am after listening to doors constantly banging from 11 pm young ones all partying in the room nothing changed even though they knew the room keys was being thrown out the window to allow more & more in to join the party as we left the hotel they were still partying so I left for the air port with a migraine from lack of sleep & was extremely sick on the flight when I return from holiday I will be sending a written complaint as im still extremely angry this was allowed to take place
Good 6.0
Cons: It was understaffed and the restaurant was horrible
Good 7.0
Pros: Could have had more vegetarian options at dinner
Cons: Carpark attendant Larry was very helpful
Good 7.6
We were visiting from the United States, just a short visit. We were made to feel very welcome. The accommodations were very nice, close to the airport and the on-site restaurant was wonderful. Enjoyed a pint (or two) of Guinness and some amazing Irish stew.
Excellent 9.6
Beautiful comfortable bedroom. Spotless, modern, equipped with every facility for a pleasant stay. Close to the Sports Surgery Clinic which suited me.
Excellent 8.5
Clean warm hotel with friendly staff and delicious food. Would definitely stay here again, we stayed in a suite with floor to ceiling windows but it was so warm and cosy in the room and the bed was very comfortable. There was free secure parking. No frills convenience at a great price.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The free airport shuttle.
Cons: My room was 80 degrees and didn't get much cooler. I realize most (perhaps even all) business in Ireland don't feel like they need a/c when the island stays cool. However, in a fourth story hotel room that has been baked by the sun all day, you either need to have a/c or windows that open more than an inch to cool the room. It took an hour and 3 requests to get a couple of tiny, tabletop fans. The staff at the desk and the porter were very unhelpful. I had just wanted to spend a night resting between flights, but that didn't happen. I should have spent my money elsewhere.

Good 7.0
Pros: Business hotel with smart public spaces.
Cons: Shower tray very slippery
Good 7.0
Pros: Convenient to the airport
Cons: A little too old furniture worn out.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location close to airport
Okay 4.0
Pros: Located close to airport which is why I usually stay coming in and leaving
Cons: First time ever, staff was un friendly and definitely the van driver was very unhelpful. Have never flown out of terminal 1 - he dropped us off a way from front car park entrance and when re quested directions was in helpful until he got his 10E tip Even then he acted like he was being put out. Room was supposed to have 2 doubles, and only had one queen… all and all unpleasant experience and won’t be returning
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Nice property, great rooms, beds, quiet and great overall. The breakfast was very very good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The beds where very comfortable
Cons: No complaints
Good 7.0
Pros: it was clean and comfortable
Cons: the shuttle bus didn’t operate with no warning and no attempt to help by staff
Good 7.2
They have two single beds zipped up in an attempt to save money buying a real bed
Excellent 10.0
Very comfortable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The decor and helpful staff
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The room and the bed were really nice. Very comfortable bed for a good night's sleep.
Cons: 'vegan breakfast options' was a bit of an exaggeration, it basically meant, just pick whatever doesn't contain meat from the buffet. No non-dairy milk or yoghurts, no suitable margarine
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to the airport, and they have a nice shuttle van to get you to your terminal.
Cons: No, everything was very good.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very safe and felt very welcome from minute we walked into lobby
Excellent 10.0
We were very delighted with staying in this hotel. Friendly staff, fast service. Four stars like it's says.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Proximity to airport... walking distance of about 5 minutes to first terminal building (shuttle wasn't operating because of covid). We took a taxi because it was cold, 10 euros including tip)
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It deserves five stars!
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was close to the airport, the bathroom was a nice size with plenty of toiletries, there was a hair dryer in the room, and thermostat that could be adjusted.
Cons: I thought the pool was onsite and it was at a different facility.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff from the front desk to the restaurant were the ultimate professionals. I really cannot think of anything that was wrong with this hotel.
Cons: No
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Proximity to the airport
Cons: Our toilet did not flush
Poor 1.0
Pros: The man who drove the shuttle bus to the airport
Cons: I ate at the restaurant on Thursday night and have been extremely sick since 12 midnight since. I have been to the hospital twice and the said I had gastroinitis I have not been able to go to work today
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: I was asked if I wanted a wake up call at check in, to which I responded No Nevertheless, I received a wake up call at 5 AM, interrupting the short amount of time I had to sleep and effectively defeating the purpose of me spending ---- to get som
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I love the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff.
Cons: n/a
Good 7.0
good but needs some furniture changes
Okay 5.1
Pros: Apart from the manage in the restaurant the staff were to a man and woman rude, rude, rude!
Cons: From the minute you arrive you know you're being ripped off. The reception staff found me to be an inconvenience as they were busy chatting, then I showed up. The bedroom was basic, dated, with a very uncomfortable bed. I couldn't believe that after I had paid far to much for a room only rate I was charged for the privilege or parking my car in the car park. Next time when I have an early morning flight I'll go elsewhere.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: Location, close to the airport
Cons: Everything!!!. Unclean room, uncomfortable bed, no bedside lights, inconvenient bathroom , dirty exterior...you name it
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was basic
Cons: The room was hot, the air conditioning was awful and barely worked. The bathroom not special and again very basic.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The shower
Cons: Our room was dirty, there was folding furniture and lamps that didn't even work. The bed didn't have 2 pillows and there were stains in the bed. The furniture and mirrors were broken and scratches. There were stains on the carpet and no bag in the dirty trash can. I was pregnant and my husband and I were on our baby moon. We got in late to this hotel and just needed sleep. We did not get it. It took the staff 20 minutes to get us checked in. Then, when we realized the bed didn't have sheets, we called the desk. They said they'd send someone up. That took 20 more minutes. They sent up a man who just handed us sheets and a pillow and said we would need to make the bed bc he couldn't. We called again and were told the manager was helping a more important client, so we went down to the desk to request a different room. When we got to the desk the manager was standing there not busy and told us he just talked to us on the phone. He said there were no other rooms, but he could give us breakfast. We were leaving before breakfast for a flight and he was unsympathetic. He said we would need to make the bed and just deal with the room. He was very rude and unprofessional. We finally got to bed 2 hours after arriving and very unhappy. It was a bad ending to our beautiful trip. What a shame.
Okay 5.7
Pros: the staff was nice....the shuttle to airport was great. The mattress was comfortable.
Cons: There was only a duvet option on the bed....no sheet....I was too warm but only option was to take cover off duvet or turn on a/c . Plus, the air in the room felt stale and stuffy...not a good feeling. Service in the restaurant was good at first, then didn't see anybody as it got busy. Overall, it was not worth the price and woudn't stay there again on my next trip to Ireland.
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Not near anything other than the airport.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: -Hotel was easy to check in/check out -Close to Dublin airport -Airport shuttle every 15min... Very Helpful! -Within walking distance of local pub
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room was great. The breakfast was good.
Cons: Staff took a while to bring a missing set of towels after asking 3 times
Excellent 8.3
Pros: I was looking for a hotel that was close to the Dublin Airport, since I was dropping off a rental car and flying out the next morning. This hotel suited my need very well. The price was right for a single traveler and the meals were good. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions.
Cons: Nothing

Excellent 10.0
Pros: the softest pillows ever
Cons: all good
Good 7.0
Pros: Location - proximity to airport. Excellent food.
Cons: No bath. Very small rooms. Room not serviced so bed not made. Tissues run out in bathroom. No tea and milk replenished.
Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Staff, bar and breakfast
Cons: Room smelled terrible of strong cleaner even after leaving the window open all night. Rug and upholstery stained. Bathroom door wouldn¿t stay closed.
Good 7.6
Very handy to get to and from Dublin airport but very expensive for a basic hotel.
Excellent 10.0
fast efficient and polite
Excellent 9.6
Staff was friendly and helpful! Bar and restaurant were very good... would definitely stay here again! They do have a free shuttle bus .... walk to the airport is a bit much with luggage!
Excellent 8.4
The hotel was great, literally 2 minutes from the airport, easy access to buses to the city centre. Buses only take coins , no card or notes(😌). Staff were very friendly and helpful. Due to Covid there were no room services or cleaning the room (😱😱) we were just given towels at request, no cleaning during our 4 day stay. There's a leisure centre nearby for kids but you have to be a member. Overall good place for a short holiday.
Excellent 9.6
Good hotel close to the airport. Really clean and friendly staff. One thing I thought was strange was they charged for carparking.
Excellent 10.0
good
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was good.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Floors were dirty. No alarm clock. One towel for two people Noisy machine rumbling in the middle of the night.
Okay 4.0
Pros: Great restaurant and nice bar.
Cons: The bathroom was very tight/small. Car alarm went off from midnight. I have stayed here many times before and never had an issue.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The location to Dublin Airport.
Cons: The quality of room did not justify the cost, I would never stay here again.
Good 6.2
Pros: Comfortable bed. Working A/C. Restaurants. Shuttle.
Cons: Price. Larger elevator. Sheets instead of heavy down cover.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location and the staff I interacted with.
Cons: Check-in lineups are frequently long and slow. The restaurant was booked with a wait list so maybe other food options nearby would have helped.
Poor 1.0
Pros: closeness to airport
Cons: the room was absolutely awful. felt like being in a dungeon. will never stay here again
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location
Cons: Dining choices were limited.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, clean and neat, and liked the restaurant and bar areas.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Clean small perfect room. So close to the airport and easy check in and out. It was dreamy.
Good 6.8
Pros: Staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful.
Cons: They need more frequent shuttles or a larger shuttle bus. Both to and from the hotel we had to wait for the driver to come back because they were full.
Excellent 10.0
Everything was as expected. Clean, comfortable and affordable.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was an easy jump to the airport and easy to find. The shuttle was prompt, easy and reliable.
Excellent 10.0
perfect hotel. Staff courteous, pleasent, and most helpful.
Good 6.0
its over priced its just convenient for airport dining area was freezing and food overpriced
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Rooms
Cons: Limited food menu
Excellent 8.5
comfy shuttle bus to airport
Good 6.5
Pros: Good look about it, nice hotel bar, close proximity to airport, nice staff.
Cons: The rooms were tiny, like smaller than NYC on a budget. I kept saying I felt like I was on a cruise ship down below. If the price were under $100, (say $70) I would think it is great because everything else is accommodating.
Okay 5.1
Pros: The food at the hotel is awful.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: it was very convenient for an overnight stay prior to an early flight out of DUB: there was even a courtesy coach - notwithstanding that the hotel is no more than a 10 minute walk from Terminal 1 (the furthest away terminal)!
Cons: nothing: this hotel was exactly what I wanted for an overnight stay
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Easy check in/check out. Staff very friendly and helpful. Convenient location to airport and a free shuttle to the airport is a plus. Bar staff and waiters friendly and the food was good. Definitely would recommend.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Proximity to airport was great, about a 2-3 min ride on free shuttle.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Staff was very fruendly
Cons: You can hear everything from the rooms beside/above you. It is very difficult to sleep
Okay 4.2
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Dirty bathroom Small room Uncomfortable bed
Excellent 9.4
Pros: The Professionalism and friendlessness of the staff .
Cons: The Pillows are too hard have a look at premier lodge rooms. Their beds and pillows are very comfortable.
Excellent 9.1
Cons: Highly recommended if you arrive late or depart early. You can walk to the airport as well
Excellent 8.5
Pros: convenient to airport, comfortable for overnight stay, reasonably priced for the area, clean
Good 7.4
Pros: Close to the terminals, frequent shuttle departures. Decent restaurant.
Cons: Tiny rooms, expensive.
Good 7.1
Pros: The location was great, especially for my early morning flight. Staff was polite and very helpful, access to buses that take you in the center of Dublin was easy and reliable.
Cons: The heating system was a bit odd, as it was either too hot or too cold throughout the night. Same can be said for the shower, every 30 seconds the temperature would change from extremely cold to burning hot which made for uncomfortable showers.
Okay 5.1
Pros: The location is good for the convenience of Dublin airport. The rooms are clean and pretty comfortable for your money. The bathrooms are nice and the showers work well.
Cons: The staff was rude from pick up to departure. The airport shuttle driver did not assist in loading or unloading any of the luggage from the car. The restaurant and all food service end early so if you have a late flight and want to grab a snack your options are McDonald's and gas station. But god forbid you try to eat your food on a table in the bar area. The staff very rudely kicked myself and my friend out of the bar for trying to eat at a table and when we explained we would be ordering drinks from the bar and just wanted to snack since they were no longer serving food. We were told we could take our food upstairs. Eat at the desk in our room and then come back and order drinks. We did not come back downstairs. The front staff was unresponsive and very short with us. And also tried to double charge both myself and friend when our rooms were prepaid. I would not recommend this hotel based on their staff alone. Besides that, it's a pretty straight forward business layover hotel.
Good 6.0
Pros: nice bar and restaurant staff...
Cons: tiny, uncomfortable beds and limited bell staff
Good 6.2
Pros: The shuttle was very helpful to get to the airport for an early morning fight.
Cons: We had dinner at the restaurant. It was a fixed menu which is understandable due to how busy the hotel was. The food was decent. This was after dining at great places across Ireland. The bar had a nice atmosphere.

Just looking a place to sleep while at work
Good 6.8
Room is fine for the price you pay but not great. No lamps at all. Cheap towel and toilet paper. Worse thing is balcony is disgusting - covered with bird poop and hasn't seem like it has been cleaned for a long time. More positively, the staff are friendly and the room is spacious.

Mediocre 2.0

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bernadette and Andrew were incredibly sweet and very welcoming. They thought of everything and were very accommodating. Strongly recommend if you like that personal experience and having a place that doesn’t feel so much like a hotel. We sure did!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is very convenient for the Dublin airport and easily walkable to village of Swords. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us valuable information about the surrounding area and suggestions for restaurants and pubs. Accomodations were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We needed to leave prior to the usual breakfast time and the hosts agreed to serve us early. Highly recommend!!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts provide such amazing personal attention from check-in to a customized breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, only a few minutes from the airport and close to a great pub and shopping center. Will stay here anytime we're in Dublin!

Pros: Close to airport
Okay 4.0
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Shower drain clogged, room dirty, old towels, difficult to find anyone available at reception. I was finally offered another room. They very kindly transferred my bags. The drain was unclogged, it was much cleaner, but with the toilet lid was completely detached.

Okay 4.0
Pros: front desk checkin very efficient and polite. smokers hanging around front door because it was raining . room booked for 3 but only 2 cups, glasses etc. beds very comfortable and clean
Cons: no security at front door to disperse smokers, rough element. no security cameras in hallways- very’shady’ looking guys on floor in hallway as we left hotel at 5.30am intimidating we were three women.
Good 7.0
Pros: Rooms clean and staff friendly
Cons: Facilities quite limited. We had a lot of luggage and there was no trolleys or porter and it took 3 runs from outside to our room to bring the luggage in. Also no food on site but they staff provided discount vouchers to use with just eat, so it was fine
Good 6.0
Pros: i like that the travel lodge is clean, its cheap and you get what you pay for, the location isnt great to be honest its a bit far from everything. there seems to be a bar too which i didnt visit and breakfast available.
Cons: old fashioned, staff at front desk where very rude when we asked to move rooms due to a stag party across the hallway, no extra pillows and wasnt the cleanest hotel but it does for a night or 2 if you just need accomadation.
Okay 4.4
Rude staff - I'm 77 and a young man watched me haul my bags to the room. No tissues, no hairdryer. Just a chain to secure the door - I used my suitcase to block unwanted entry. Smokey smell throughout.
Good 7.6
Very professional
Excellent 10.0
Perfect location and comfortable
Good 7.6
Some positive and some negative. Night staff not great but day staff excellent. No bedside table and no bar.We are in Ireland☹️
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Closeness to airport, car parking, bus to airport.
Cons: No
Good 7.0
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Location for where we needed to be the next morning. Shuttle service to airport.
Cons: No.
Excellent 8.0
I like the hotel, room is comfortable and big. 10 mins away from the airport with free shuttle bus. I would like to stay again in the near future.
Excellent 8.4
Service better than Hilton Dublin airport
Okay 4.0
Pros: Had a shuttle bus to airport and. A small diner. Sheets were clean.
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice to have a full sized room and bathroom after the economy rooms of Italy. Water was nice and hot!
Cons: The WiFi is available if you are willing to enter your email and password. Our bathtub was elevated. Stores & mall were about a 10 minute walk away if you didn’t have a car. The shuttle from the airport ends at 23:00.
Good 7.1
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. We didn't have anyone in the room next to us, yet we could clearly hear the couple two rooms away.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quick check-in. Friendly helpful staff, Easy to order and have dinner delivered from outside the hotel.
Cons: No elevator so needed to carry suitcase upstairs. Might be a bit difficult for an older patron.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Swords was an interesting village and was close to the airport. Great shuttle to and from the airport.
Cons: The hotel had very thin and flimsy walls. We could hear everything going on in all rooms around us and across the hall. We didn't feel like the hotel was secure. Anyone could walk in and out with no security or access card or key. Very loud most of the night. We changed hotels for our return trip to Dublin.
Excellent 8.6
Great place to stay when u have an early flight
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The front desk employees were very helpful, very clean and great value for the price.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic, the room clean, bed comfortable.
Cons: It was very difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower. Could not get the wi-fi to work in the room in the morning. As there was a charge of €5 per device for a 24hr period this was disappointing. There was no trouble connecting to the wi-fi in the breakfast area though.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great value for money
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Have to pay 2 euros per person for shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel is very tired, carpets look disgunstingly tired in corridors and rooms. Will not be staying here again, not worth the price I paid even with special offer.
