Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was absolutely stunned with the Breakfast cupboard! It was amazing! Literally Everything you can think of was there! And I could not wait until I will make my morning coffee with the croissant and yogurt and cheese and salami and cookies and enjoy it all from my bed with the excellent view to the greenery. Unfortunately I slept over and find myself in a rush to the airport. The owner was absolutely fantastic, helped me with my suitcase, ordered taxi and knocked the door in the morning to make me jump out of my bed and hurry to the airport even without the shower!!! This place is simply Fantastic and deserve the highest rates possible! Would love to come back again. Thank you so much !
Cons: everything is perfect here!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Amazing continental breakfast/snacks available in-room from check-in on. Croissants, charcuterie plate, teas, coffees, yogurt, juice, muffins. Looks out onto a lovely park called “jacko”
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I booked this stay as a need to stay somewhere last year (In 2017) but quickly changed my view when I saw how amazing this cottage is! My friend and I were greeted immediately and before talking Business was offered tea, coffee, or champagne. After receiving the tea, he sat down with us and outlined all the restaurants and bars in the area to try and ones to stay away from since it was a holiday. On top of the holiday there was a rugby match going on so it would have been hard to find a place to sit down and eat or have a beer. I was very satisfied with my service and given the opportunity to stay in Dublin again I would choose this in a heartbeat. Thank you rose cottage!!!
Cons: There was nothing in control of the cottage that was in satisfied with the weather is another comment.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Rose Cottage and were blown away by the attention to detail and the thoughtful conveniences found throughout the room. Domenika has really put thought into her guests' needs. I appreciated the makeup remover in the bathroom. My husband was excited by the USB outlets and we both loved all of the options for breakfast from pastries to yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, fresh orange juice and even a cheese plate in the mini fridge! My husband also loved the little biscotti treats that went with the coffee - such a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the Netflix option. It was a wonderful getaway.
Cons: I have nothing negative to say. We loved the cottage and will absolutely stay here again when we visit Dublin.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Our host, Dan, exlemplified the term. This was our first day in Ireland, and we felt utterly lost. Dan reached out to us before our plane even left home, asking when he might expect us. We had an email dialog that helped us use the public transportation system to reach the B&B. He let us drop our luggage off and explore Dublin while waiting for check-in time, then showed us the best bus routes to take. In the morning, he cooked up a great Irish breakfast for us to get our day started. About the bed, we took it for granted. It was a nice, comfortable mattress, which we wished we had for the next two weeks. It seems comfortable beds are not common in Europe and the UK, so it was a real luxury to have had our first night after a full day of travel at Rose Cottage.
Cons: It is a bit outside of Dublin center, so the bus ride takes about an hour...if there is not a hurling match happening.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was wondering, will definitely stay again.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I would highly recommend Rose Cottage. It was such a pleasant, relaxed experience and they had thought of everything. There were so many wee touches that made the stay so enjoyable. Loved the fact I could make my own breakfast in the morning without all the fuss.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly staff, very beautiful layout and lovely garden with two cute dogs. Lovely area with a great park next to it
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was Perfect ! Excellent stay. Clean, warm lovely place. Highb quality room, outstanding service.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Bernadette and Andrew were incredibly sweet and very welcoming. They thought of everything and were very accommodating. Strongly recommend if you like that personal experience and having a place that doesn’t feel so much like a hotel. We sure did!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts provide such amazing personal attention from check-in to a customized breakfast in the morning. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location, only a few minutes from the airport and close to a great pub and shopping center. Will stay here anytime we're in Dublin!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location is very convenient for the Dublin airport and easily walkable to village of Swords. Hosts were very welcoming and gave us valuable information about the surrounding area and suggestions for restaurants and pubs. Accomodations were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. We needed to leave prior to the usual breakfast time and the hosts agreed to serve us early. Highly recommend!!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Absolutely Amazing stay, delicious breakfast, Staff where incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms where really clean and the setting was beautiful. Couldn't recommend this place more. Will stay again. Thank you
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Cons: Really a special place!
Good 6.0
Pros: Cathy is a kind and well-meaning hostess. She kindly called a cab when asked. She seemed attentive to her guests. There seems to be a bus nearby which takes about 30-40 minutes into the city-centre, depending upon the time of day. The price of the room(s) is commensurately less expensive than in the city-centre. Close to the airport.
Cons: The property needs updating and perhaps a deep-clean. There was some red mold in the shower stall, which might be acceptable in one's own home, but not in a hotel or B&B. If the window treatments in the breakfast area are not replaced, they also could use a cleaning. I was well-aware that it was going to be a haul into Dublin city-centre from this property. And while it is close to the airport, a cab or private care is necessary as I don't believe there was public transport available to the property.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great people. Close to Dublin. Very close to the airport.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved the warm welcome
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Perfect location, close to bus stop and Dublin airport. Wonderful helpful hostess. Room large and comfortable.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It was clean, modern and had air conditioning (in a country with very few hotels or B&Bs with A/C). The shuttle bus ran regularly and on time. It's very convenient to the airport.
Cons: The bathroom needs upgrading. The shower/bathtub is awkwardly shaped and the curtain sticks to you. Also, they need fans in the bathrooms to extract the humidity.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location near airport. Shuttle to airport. Cleanliness of hotel.
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Was close to Dublin airport, was able to get a shuttle to and from Hotel
Excellent 9.0

Cons: None
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great airport shuttle and pleasant staff .
Cons: Had to checkout early as hotel went into CV lockdown but it their fault.
Good 7.0
Pros: Room was beautiful and hotel in general
Cons: Breakfast was cold and dinner wasn't to nice either so disappointed with the food
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Friendly service at the front desk and in the restaurant.
Cons: The promised free Crowne Plaza shuttle bus could only hold about 10 people and there were more than twice that waiting at the designated pick-up area. We ended up paying for an Uber ride ourselves in order to get to the hotel.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything was too notch, from the smart phone on offer in my room to the comfortable bed to the fantastic dinner I had in the hotel restaurant Touzai. I'll definitely be back.
Cons: Nothing.

Excellent 9.0
Pros: There was a free airport shuttle easy to find on the airport on bus platform 16 right in front of the church. The room was spacious and clean. I had a nice bath before getting on my flight.
Cons: There is nothing around the hotel, the closest shops are 30min walk.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Courteous Staff, Easy Check-in, Airport shuttle, Room service, Nice quality room, bathroom spotless
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Close to airport but much nicer than typical airport hotel exp. great bar and restaurant Shuttle service very good
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Staff were superb - very helpful.
Cons: Parking was a bit chaotic. Bus was quite slow arriving to airport.
Good 6.5
Pros: Resturant was convenient and food was good. Pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Like many European hotels the american amenities were lacking, unfortunately we weren't carrying basics as the stay was last minute and unplanned, the ability to shower would've gone a long way. TV channels were very basic (maybe 20?) and at least half were not in English. But it beat spending the night in the airport for sure.
Okay 5.0
Pros: "close" to airport with shuttle service
Cons: Too pretentiously for my taste.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The shuttle was right to pick you up
Cons: The food was quite expensive and portions were small
Excellent 10.0
Pros: 24/7 access, very flexible on eating arrangements Free shuttle bus to/from the airport
Cons: No
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. We left early in the morning to the airport. But our flight was canceled so we called them and we got our room back for a couple of hours for a discount until the next flight left. The food down in the restaurant was good and staff was friendly and nice. Recommend taking the shuttle bus they offer for free to get to the hotel and airport.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Convenient restaurant/bar arranged well for social distancing. Service was very professional and prompt.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Easy airport access with shuttle bus.
Cons: Somewhat noisy because of arrival of other guests - notably aircraft crew. Parking was horrendous and there was almost no baggage carts in the parking area.
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is very convenient to the airport.
Cons: They nickle and dime you for everything.

Cons: I liked everything.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great room!! Clean room and comfortable bed!!
Cons: Staff was problematic if you’re not multi-lingual.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Breakfast a great start to the day
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Great breakfast. Airport shuttles was fabulous. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and kind
Good 7.0
Pros: Good breakfast, good location close to airport and easy access to city centre by bus.
Cons: Noise due to location facing the main road and due to party place next doors. Bathroom could use some refurbishing.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean. Comfortable bed. Modern fixtures. Close to airport. Nearby restaurant. Affordable. Shuttle to airport
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The breakfast was great and the room was spacious enough. The bed was comfortable and there was good water pressure in the shower.
Cons: The shuttle was a bit hard to find but that was more of an issue with the airport than with the hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: I arrived a lot earlier and the initial staff was not friendly. I went next door to the Carlton and staff was very accommodating. I checked in later to the Holiday Inn and morning staff was a lot better/friendly. The location is only good for one night.
Cons: The earlier male staff was not friendly.
Good 7.0
Pros: The breakfast was really good. Little disappointed in the size of the room.

Good 6.8
Pros: Very convienet to the airport (less than 5 minutes) and nice, newer rooms. The built-in USB ports for charging devices was an especially nice touch.
Cons: We booked two spots on arrival for the shuttle back to the airport for our return the next day, but when we came down the following morning at our scheduled time, they had not held the spots and the shuttle was already full. We did manage to pick ourselves in and make it, but not without having to go with the driver back into the hotel to the concierge desk, and even then 1 of had to sit in the isle on the floor of the van sardined around luggage. It's virtually impossible to use the shower without spilling a fair bit of water into the rest of the bathroom. Seemed more a "form over function" design choice, or perhaps an unintended consequence of the good water pressure (which I was a fan of).
Good 7.7
Pros: The hotel had excellent wifi, the restaurant downstairs was great and affordable, the airport shuttle was very convenient, the staff took great care of me by letting me check in a bit early, the room was spacious and the bathroom was wonderful. I'd had a chaotic 36 hours traveling internationally and needed a night to unwinde before my next flight. This did the trick.
Cons: Bit noisy in the day if you're trying to sleep, no a/c so it got pretty stuffy, bed was very firm, over priced but you pay for convenience I suppose.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: New rooms with an excellent bed and great bathrooms
Cons: Menu was decent but not overly extensive. Gym has all the basics you need but not overly welcoming facilities and layout.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: compared to another Dublin airport I stayed at, it was better.
Cons: compared to most other city's airport hotels, Dublin's are poor quality and OVER priced. Lucky for Ireland that there are lots of Irish American's enamored with travelling to Ireland, but IMHO it's over priced for the so-so accommodations and service that you get in the country.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location near the airport, with shuttle available 24 hours.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Booked this hotel at the last minute and got a great deal. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly. The hotel is next to the airport and offers a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. I would highly recommend for business or personal travel for someone looking to stay near the airport.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great friendly service for the night and very helpful. Shuttle to airport the next morning, would stay again
Excellent 9.0
Pros: This hotel is superbly clean and located 5 minutes away from the airport. The free shuttle is a bonus. It goes every half an hour to and from the airport. We were upgraded when we arrived, which was very pleasant after having had a stressful day. The bed was massive and super warm and comfortable. The room service was fast and had some great options. Great hotel to stay in if you find yourself there for business or a short stop-over/transit. We really enjoyed our stay here!
Cons: The pillows were a little hard for us. Could do with a hook or two in the bathroom for the towels. There is currently a rack over the bathtub but we felt it wasn't sufficient. This is a very minor point though, and only so the hotel is aware :)
Good 7.1
Pros: Close to airport and was still open during the start of the corona virus outbreak We had been stuck in Gran Canaria due to corona virus and had to fly back to the uk via Dublin, to find a good clean hotel open and accepting guests was brilliant. Most of the staff were very helpful and polite. Would consider staying there again when we return to Dublin for a proper visit.
Cons: There was no breakfast the second morning of our 2 day stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had to book the room only a couple hours before checking in as our flight was canceled and were welcomed very quickly and nicely by the staff. We could check in as soon as we got to the hotel and could even check out an hour later as our flight was leaving in the late afternoon. Overall a great experience, thank you very much.
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to airport, comfortable bed, lots of hot water
Cons: Not enough outlets near bed, outlet near bed for lamp and did not use the universal type of outlet I had. I had to call desk and have them bring a extension cord across room.
Good 7.1
Pros: Very isolated unless you come with a car. Unable to easily get simple things like snacks. The hotel is the only close source of food, consequently the prices are high. The hotel was clean and the staff were fairly helpful.

Pros: Stayed before and will stay again
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Close to SSC hospital

Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location to the airport is brilliant, especially with the shuttle service. Property has a nice easy to navigate interior. The staff were absolutely wonderful, great banter & craic from all of them and they went out of their way to help my friend when it came to his vegan diet.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The free airport shuttle.
Cons: My room was 80 degrees and didn't get much cooler. I realize most (perhaps even all) business in Ireland don't feel like they need a/c when the island stays cool. However, in a fourth story hotel room that has been baked by the sun all day, you either need to have a/c or windows that open more than an inch to cool the room. It took an hour and 3 requests to get a couple of tiny, tabletop fans. The staff at the desk and the porter were very unhelpful. I had just wanted to spend a night resting between flights, but that didn't happen. I should have spent my money elsewhere.

Cons: Price. Larger elevator. Sheets instead of heavy down cover.
Excellent 8.0

Excellent 9.1
Pros: The front desk employees were very helpful, very clean and great value for the price.
Mediocre 2.0
Cons: Have to pay 2 euros per person for shuttle to and from the airport. Hotel is very tired, carpets look disgunstingly tired in corridors and rooms. Will not be staying here again, not worth the price I paid even with special offer.
Good 7.0
Pros: Nice to have a full sized room and bathroom after the economy rooms of Italy. Water was nice and hot!
Cons: The WiFi is available if you are willing to enter your email and password. Our bathtub was elevated. Stores & mall were about a 10 minute walk away if you didn’t have a car. The shuttle from the airport ends at 23:00.
Good 7.1
Pros: Close to the airport.
Cons: Walls are paper thin. We didn't have anyone in the room next to us, yet we could clearly hear the couple two rooms away.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Great value for money
Okay 4.0
Pros: Had a shuttle bus to airport and. A small diner. Sheets were clean.
Good 7.0
Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Location for where we needed to be the next morning. Shuttle service to airport.
Cons: No.
Okay 4.8
Pros: Swords was an interesting village and was close to the airport. Great shuttle to and from the airport.
Cons: The hotel had very thin and flimsy walls. We could hear everything going on in all rooms around us and across the hall. We didn't feel like the hotel was secure. Anyone could walk in and out with no security or access card or key. Very loud most of the night. We changed hotels for our return trip to Dublin.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Closeness to airport, car parking, bus to airport.
Cons: No
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The breakfast was fantastic, the room clean, bed comfortable.
Cons: It was very difficult to adjust the water temperature of the shower. Could not get the wi-fi to work in the room in the morning. As there was a charge of €5 per device for a 24hr period this was disappointing. There was no trouble connecting to the wi-fi in the breakfast area though.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were exceptional. They went out of their way to help us as we tried to get home to Canada. e.g. getting connected to the web, finding an electrical plug compatible with our N. American equipment, and giving advice about where to get food at 22:00 hrs.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Quick check-in. Friendly helpful staff, Easy to order and have dinner delivered from outside the hotel.
Cons: No elevator so needed to carry suitcase upstairs. Might be a bit difficult for an older patron.
