Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms. Many appreciated the spaciousness of the accommodations and the charming, historic atmosphere. While breakfast and restaurant experiences were mixed, with some guests finding them disappointing and others enjoying them, the overall sentiment was positive, especially regarding the service and ambiance. A few minor issues were mentioned, such as slow breakfast service and dated decor, but these did not significantly detract from the overall positive experience.
