Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, with several guests noting positive experiences at check-in and throughout their stay. However, there were recurring complaints about room size, cleanliness issues such as mold, and the value for price, with some guests feeling the rooms did not match the rates charged. Noise from nearby pubs and occasional service lapses were also mentioned, but overall, the location and staff stood out as highlights.

Pros (+) Central location close to museums, historical places, shopping areas (including Grafton Street) & restaurants. Many tourist attractions within walking distance.
Cons (-) Rooms are not sound-proofed but the hotel supplies you with ear-plugs which block the noises from the area’s night-life activities (especially during the weekend).

Pros (+) This hotel is right in the middle of the Temple Bar district known for its great nightlife. But it's also close to many other 'must sees' in Dublin, like Trinity College and Killmainham Jail. The bus system makes traveling about Dublin very easy and this hotel was easy to find. Very modern and clean, it boasts a very friendly and helpful staff!
