Weekend away to watch a concert
I liked the location of the hotel and the staff
we booked a deluxe double room and paid £400 for 2 nights room only and the room we were given i wouldn't have stayed in for half the price, it was shockingly small, had a double bed and a single bed at the end of it that you had to climb over to get to the other side of the double, it was horrendous. we were moved to another room which was much better but no where near the standard i expected. I would have put it at a decent standard room, no where near a deluxe room. It was super noisy at night but you do expect that and the complimentary ear plugs came in very handy so that was fine but still very disappointed in the room.
Nice hotel a d Great location on edge of Temple Bar
Staff were so friendly and helpful. Would really recommend this hotel. Rooms were very clean and had lots of great touches. Chocolate, ear plugs, umbrella, water. really was a fantastic stay
Nothing! A little loud at night, but it's Dublin city!
Room and hotel was very clean and presentable, beds were very comfortable also.
Air conditioning set an extra fee according to the room key card, which seemed a little excessive.
The hotel has a live music venue called Buskers which, despite my request for a quiet room, meant that there was loud music accompanied by a raucous singalong until at least midnight. The hotel provided complimentary earplugs but bearing in mind it was described as being at the quiet end of Temple Bar, it was very disappointing to find myself on a work trip in a room that was so noisy it was impossible to sleep.
