The atmosphere in the Mint Bar. The layout of the Deluxe Room The MezzanineTerrace area. The concierge team were very informative The check in staff were very efficient and helpful.
Having to ask for the nibbles at the Mint bar Not much else, the hotel is pretty good which I would expect for the price that you pay to stay here.
Lovely hotel in the heart of Dublin close to all t
Decor of the hotel, comfortable rooms and extremely comfortable pillows
Nothing to dislike.
Great location but a bit short from 5-stars
Location was ideal for tourists, gym was adequate and 24 hours, staff was friendly
Rooms were cramped and needed more cleaning detail attention (slight mold in grout of shower), smaller bedsizes in rooms should be more clearly advertised when booking.
