The atmosphere in the Mint Bar. The layout of the Deluxe Room The MezzanineTerrace area. The concierge team were very informative The check in staff were very efficient and helpful.
Having to ask for the nibbles at the Mint bar Not much else, the hotel is pretty good which I would expect for the price that you pay to stay here.
My daughter's 16th birthday and she was given cheesecake treats in room and also at dinner. Very much appreciated.
Excellent service from all staff.
The room was super quite although it’s in middle of Dublin , staff was very friendly , breakfast was amazing
My biggest disappointment was the lack of heating it was so cold but there wasn’t enough heating in the room
