Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, noting its proximity to transport and attractions. However, the overwhelming majority of reviews expressed strong dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing dirty rooms, unpleasant odors, and poor hygiene. Service was also criticized, with reports of unhelpful or rude staff and slow responses. Noise from outside and within the hotel disturbed many guests, and several found the rooms small or poorly maintained. Overall, while the location is convenient, significant improvements in cleanliness, service, and noise insulation are needed.

Pros (+) The staff at Berolina Haus was kind and thoughtful. There was free WiFi and a good location.

Cons (-) Our room was not very clean. Our pillow and sheets both had dried blood on them.
