Cancelled and awaiting refund
Cons: We were told at Hertz that the Thifty booking was not valid. The insurance wasn't suitable and the rate was higher. We therefore cancelled the rental and choose another company. The insurance was however still charged. How do we get this refunded? roland.peens@gmail.com

Highly recommend Thrifty Car Rental
Pros: Staff was acceptionally pleasant to deal with and professional even though there were some problems with my payment method which I had to correct by a lengthy phone call to the U.S.
Cons: Can't say that I disliked anything. It was s good experience all around.

insurance
Cons: Center lied to me and made me purchase insurance. I used my American express and didn't want to purchase insurance but since I had no other choice they told me that I had to purchase insurance.
