Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, highlighting their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond, such as assisting with parking and providing recommendations. The location is frequently described as excellent, convenient for public transport and close to restaurants and city attractions. Cleanliness is another standout, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and well-maintained facilities. Private parking, though sometimes tight, is appreciated and well-managed by staff. Breakfast, where mentioned, is positively received. Some guests note minor drawbacks such as hard mattresses, lack of air conditioning, or dated furnishings, but overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives, making the hotel a strong value for money.
