    Southcroft is a family run guest house in the Lower Meads area of Eastbourne. It has 5 comfortable double or twin rooms all with en-suite facilities, tea and coffee making tray,DAB alarm clock radios, toiletries and 22 flat screen T.V. s with DVD players. We are ideally placed for the beach- 100mtrs, the South Downs Way. The theatres and Towner Art Gallery and the town centre shops are a 15 minute walk away. Short breaks, holidays and weekends are all catered for bed and breakfast.
