Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for exploring the city and attending events. Cleanliness and friendly service were frequently highlighted, with several guests noting comfortable beds and helpful staff. Breakfast received positive mentions for quality and variety. However, many guests found the rooms to be very small and sometimes difficult to access, with issues such as cramped layouts, lack of windows, and challenging stairways. Some negative feedback included occasional maintenance issues and value for price, but the positives of location, cleanliness, and service stood out overall.
