Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location, particularly for travelers in transit. While some found the rooms clean and comfortable, opinions on cleanliness and breakfast were mixed, with several guests noting issues with hygiene and the limited breakfast selection. Value for money was also a point of contention, with some guests feeling satisfied and others disappointed.
