Pros (+) The location is great. Close to highways and where I needed to be.
Cons (-) Room service never should until after calling them at least twice. This was well after 6pm and I have been gone since 1030 am. After they arrived I was so frustrated had them just bring towels and clean bathroom.

Pros (+) Our sheets and towels were changed on the daily. Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff was very pleasant.
Cons (-) We were staying for 9 nights and laundry services nor dry cleaning was available. No fridges available in rooms either. Our room smelled like cigarettes when it was stated the hotel was a non-smoking hotel. Besides starbucks not many nearby places to eat within walking distance.
