Pros (+) Room and bed were fine - clean, comfortable and expected amenities. Other things were not so great given the price: breakfast was awful, spa was A sauna that looked uncomfortable for more than one couple to get in to, no elevator so have to take own luggage up or down steps to get to room.

Pros (+) I was so pleased with all the staff members we came in contact with. Polite, helpful, always smiling. The breakfast is good, could have more options. Location is excellent, with diners, fast food, supermarkets and pharmacies close by. Whenever we put the do not disturb sign, the housekeepers left us bags of clean towels and coffee next to the door. Never saw that happen before. That's a plus for s...
Cons (-) We wanted to try the pool but 2 days in a row the water was very cold. Disappointing. In their description it said heated pool but :( at least the sauna was there to warm us back up from trying the water.
