Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, especially its proximity to Ely Cathedral and local attractions. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, and several reviews noted that rooms were clean and comfortable. However, noise from creaky floors, plumbing, and nearby traffic was a common complaint, as was the lack of air conditioning or adequate ventilation in some rooms. While some guests found the rooms spacious and appreciated the facilities, others mentioned dated decor and occasional maintenance issues. Overall, the positives of location, service, and cleanliness stood out most.AI-generated from customer reviews
