Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, which provided easy access to attractions, public transport, and city amenities. Many appreciated the quietness despite being in the city center and found the check-in process convenient. However, several guests reported issues with cleanliness, such as dust and stains, and some experienced poor communication with the host or property management. A few reviews mentioned problems with amenities like WiFi, towels, and uncomfortable beds. Overall, the location was the highlight, but improvements in service and cleanliness are needed.
