Pros:Staff tried to remedy a bad situation. I requested a small car for 2 people. They said you offered a commercial van without windows and had no other option. It took extra long time to and hassle and they charged extra.Cons:Your website did not accurately reflect the options.Reviewed 7 Sep 2019
