Pros: Love that it was just across the street from baggage claim and that the cars were on site.

Pros: I would like a few discounts and I would stick to the company every time I travel Service was great ,people greeted us made sure we was comfortable and get the best possible car we wanted

It was terrible! Enterprise did not have a car for me.
Pros: Absolutely Nothing!!!!!
Cons: Enterprise did not have a car for me when I arrived. They said it would take over an hour to get a car transferred from another location....and then told me the price would double, since they would have to bring a car from another location...and the prices were different at the other location. I was so upset, I walked out and got a taxi. The Enterprise rep told me I should never rent s. At from a third party site like Kayak....because often times Enterprise can really honor that price. I'm so upset at Kayak and Enterprise!!

ou guys screwed me.
Pros: car, service all good
Cons: You booked me with the downtown location and not with the airport location. So I ended up paying $150 more for the same car. Not nice!

Cons: When we rented, it said Buffalo airport. When we got there, they said the rental place is a 1/2 hour away. They didn't help us at all. The rental contract said, "shuttle" from the airport. Very disappointed in the Buffalo Enterprise. Very sad couple of young men that didn't even stand up or help us.

Disappointed in Kayak and Enterprise
Cons: I booked online and booked a one way. Pick up Buffalo, drop off Syracuse, NY. The agent at the airport informed me my rental was for their downtown location. I spent $35 for a taxi ride to get my vehicle. I was never given an option to choose a location. Once there I was asked if I wanted to upgrade for a couple of dollars more per day for a Tahoe. Since a nor'easter was coming I agreed. I had to wait a while while they cleaned the vehicle but was told to bring it back empty on fuel to make up for my wait. Once driving with the heat on I smelled a strong nasty odor that never went away for the whole rental. The snow was combining down hard within a few hours and I was looking to put it in all wheel drive only to find out it was a two wheel drive Tahoe. I had reserved a smaller class SUV 4wheel drive to begin with. This vehicle was not good for traction in the inclement weather I was involved in. The icing on the cake was when I got to Syracuse and called to find out what time the airport location opened, I was told that my return was for another location and I would be charged $25 to drop at the airport. I'm very disappointed in Kayak not making clear pick up and drop off locations and on the vehicle I received.

Don't believe the price quoted
Pros: Nice new car, friendly service, easy in general.
Cons: The price quoted was very different to the final price we paid. I know this was down to the insurance but really, when will someone start giving a full price quote including collision damage waiver etc - a quote that anyone would pay rather than these low quotes that then get totally inflated by around 40% of the original quote. It is misleading and very disappointing to always have to pay so much more when it comes down to the nitty gritty.

Buffalo to Albany with local radio
Pros: car had okay handling, great gas mileage.
Cons: Pickup was okay, only one person on hand so took a while for him to ready the car. Phones ringing endlessly while he did. I requested an XM radio. I should have requested an ACTIVATED XM radio, because this one wasn't. had to hunt for local stations through lousy radio reception all the way across new york.

Pros: The Customer Service provided by this location was great from beginning to end! We noticed a tire not holding pressure halfway through our trip, and they switched the car for us within an hour! I'll rent from this location again in the future. Price was great as well.

Paid more because only had Fiat available
Pros: The people we're nice.when
Cons: When I picked up the car the only economy car that was available was a tiny Fiat that wouldn't even hold my luggage. The only option that I was given was to upgrade to a chevy Cruze which was $25 more for 4 days. My experience in the past w/ Emterprise is that they do ALL that they can to make the customer happy. I wasn't happy w/this situation and I told them that I wasn't! Also on my emailed receipt it said that I'd paid for an an economy car when I actually paid for an upgrade.

Cons: Insurance was charged again and for this pleae investigate as why I was charged in first place and then the car rental company sated as that was not enough.

Horrible Customer Service
Pros: New Cars
Cons: The managers/assistant managers behavior. The fact that I, being 19 years old, can't drive when my car is in servicing. I need to have a valid credit card under my name, I need to pay 23$ per day for being "underage". The car is being rented for 2-4 months making the total underage cost to be: $1,380-$2,760. I am covered under insurance and have a valid driver license with no fine or accidents on record. If I am leaving a car for servicing, the dealership pays for the rental vehicle ONLY. What's the point of having a rental vehicle when I can't drive it.
