Pros:The staff was awesome. Raechel but I think she used Rae was outstanding. She provided outstanding customer service.Cons:I was charged a lot of fees in the back end and the costs was over $100 more than quoted on KayakReviewed 27 Jan 2021

Cons:I didnt like the face that it was still kind of high but it is suppose to be a cheap website but it was just as high as the company itself. When i use to go threw you all it was much cheaper. But things has change.Reviewed 11 Sept 2018

Pros:NothingCons:I got the reservation for a pickup at a location. I got there, waited 90 minutes, no one shows up..... only to be told I had to go inside the airport and pick up the vehicle there. I get there, and of course, there's a line of people there.... just decided to cancel my reservation..... so my experience was POORReviewed 6 Mar 2017
