Cons:Total disaster. Waited 45 minutes at the rental location ... stayed until after closing and no one showed up. Sign said they were either picking up another passenger or at the airport. No indication when or if they would return. Don't really fault the local manager ... apparently they do not have sufficient staff to run the operation. Put the onus on Enterprise.Reviewed 13 Oct 2017

Great customer service and cars!Pros:Kim from the Moab location was extremely helpful and accommodating. She picked me up from my Lodging a couple of miles away in about 15mins after I called her. She was very efficient with paperwork and vehicle checkout. Last but not least she shared several touristy tips with me based on her local expertise. I wish all my rental experiences were similar.Reviewed 21 May 2017
