Pros:The kid behind the counter was nice, as he told me I could not rent a car.Cons:Maybe let people know when they rent a car that if they are picking it up from an airport that they MUST have a credit card in their name to rent it and that a debit card DOES NOT work. That's kind of important information!!! That way they don't get stuck there with 2 small kids who were scared they'd never get home for hours and have to have their elderly mother drive 3 hours in the middle of the night to pick them up to drive another 3 hours to get home by 4 am for the kids first day of school that morning. Luckily she was able to or we might still be there as there were no Uber drivers in the area and a cab would have been $300 for us. If you are going to REQUIRE something, you need to make sure people know that!!!!Reviewed 12 Aug 2020

Pros:After 1 week the tire light came on and I took it back to the pick up location for asssistance. They immediately took care of it while I waited briefly and explained it was due to extremes in temperature.Reviewed 30 Jan 2018

Good customer servicePros:I got a call two days after I picked up car to make sure all was ok with the car. And when I turned car in, I told rep that I had received a car without a full tank of gas. He reimbursed me for $10.Reviewed 17 Jan 2018
