1. waited for 30 to 45 minutes in a short line. 2. my car was not available when i came to the counter and was told it would be another 30 minutes. 3. They offered me a mercedes and i took it thinking it was same rate as my van but found out later after i took the car that it was $600 per day. Most rental agency will give you an upgraded car for the same rate you reserved with the original reservation. 4. No notice that my original reservation was delayed. Could have saved me time waiting had I known that my car is not available and that i was going to be upcharged with another car. I suspect that is a practice they use to upcharge people on the original agreement. In summary, expect to wait for a long long time. If there are 3 or 4 people in front of you, expect to wate 45 minutes. They have 2 staff members working on paperwork rental and it takes 20 minutes per person to process the paperwork. Lots of back and forth. Expect that they don't have your car and that its going to be another 10 to 20 minutes before you get your car. Expect that the car they can offer you is an upcharge and that they don't give you another car with the original rate. Very disappointed with this branch of Enterprise. Car agencies normally can process the paperwork electronically within 5 minutes and will get you the keys to your car instead of waiting in line for 45 minutes.Reviewed 3 Jun 2026

Staff in the Stine’s Office were actually pretty helpful in-person! Thanks a lot to “Jackie” who helped us with the pick up and upgraded our vehicle! They did not have the vehicle I rented and told me they had a more expensive vehicle I could pay more for. Then they said they could call around to find something. I offered to drive to where the car was, but there was no car. They then said my reservation would be”not be honored.” Hertz took care of me.Reviewed 27 May 2026
