Pros (+) The Desk Clerk was extremely helpful providing guidance on our travel routes. We were on a road trip from Seattle to San Diego along the Pacific Coast during an extended rainy spell. Lots of road closures due to mudslides. She got online to check our route for us and gave us alternates to continue our trip. She was a fantastic help and very pleasant as well.
