Wrong Car, Wrong Insurance, Big HeadacheCons:When I arrived, the car I booked wasn't available. The car they replaced it with was too small for our group, so we were stuck cramped in a tight space and having to shuttle back and forth for our whole trip. I asked for full insurance coverage and only received basic coverage. Now they say there is a small scratch on the bumper and have charged 850 euros to my credit card for the damage. This has been an absolute nightmare.Reviewed 16 Mar 2018
