They didn’t have the car I had ordered and the ‘equivalents’ were not at the same level. They are all salespeople. You get off the plane exhausted and despite already having paid for a car they work irritatingly hard to get you to upgrade both the car and the insurance. Car was not ready, had to wait till it was cleaned. Car wash quality was horrible. Car itself was beaten up from all sizes, it was hard to follow all cracks and scratches. Have no complains for staff in the airport tho. Was very helpful and understanding.Reviewed 19 Apr 2024
