Pros:Actually my trip was cancelled by me and I didn't have any problem with Europecar.Cons:But I also had purchased an insurance policy by Alianz. Europecar reminded me to cancel insurance also but Alianz haven't replied to my requests. So I've lost money for insurance.Reviewed 25 May 2020

Pros:We didn't die.Cons:No pick up at airport which had been arranged. Taxi to office at my expense. Car was not ready for 2 1/2 hours- meant we had to drive at night which I wanted to avoid. Male rep pointed to left rear tire then to the where the jack was located. Tire went flat as we got near our hotel first night. Jack was not fitted for the vehicle (which had 97,000, kilos on it. Also duct tape on running panels, both sides of car.) Returned the car early but office was closed despite the sign saying they were open from 3-7 pm We were there at 5 pm. Was charge $40 for the flat time despite extra insurance I bought. Would never rent from Europe car again.Reviewed 16 Dec 2016

Nice experiencePros:They offered us a new ToyotaCons:Insurance was offered, which we took, but later found out that it only covered 80 percent. Extra drive if not a spouse/ husband is extra $5 per day.Reviewed 8 Nov 2016
